Analysis & Decision: I invested via cowrywise. I started early in the year, focused on two categories of mutual fund: dollar-driven and islamic. I made about 5-7% on each class in about 3 months but cowrywise started acting funny (locking users from their accounts).
I paniced and joined d multitude of sell-pressure, taking a loss of about 3% in the process.
Jumped in again Nov dis year on the backdrop of about 10-15% gain in 3 months in mutual fund trends. Unfortunately I mis-timed and currently take a loss of about 8% (curse cowrywise ).
Decision: I intend to average down my loss by increasing my stake by atleast 50%. I think people sold massively to cash out and spend their gain come december. I expect it to rise again as people come back to investing in January and naira keeps depreciating as usual
