opelistic1: I congratulate all the mummies who ve gotten their BFPs I pray God will remember us all and to the newbies I welcome u all to dis fruitful thread may God make our stay shorter than we expected. Good morin to u all.@ pink22 even if I don't ve fibriod can I still take castor oil? And pls can I take fertilaid, welwoman, robitussin, preseed, folic acid together?.

take either fertileaid or wellwoman then either robitussin or preseed just choose one of both.folic acid is a must all yr round, i even still take it with prenatals, its water soluble so u cant take over dose.
Castor oil is for overall uterine health so u can go ahead with it. Hope u know how to do the therapy, u don't ingest it orally o

You massage ur lower abdomen with it, u then place a small towel over ur stomach and place ur hot water bottle over the towel allow the heat to penetrate deep down in ur womb for like 45 mins .
You can only do this after ur period and before ovulation not after ovulation. It ostensibly sold in any good pharmacy , some one posted the pix here
Health / Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Pink22(f): 1:01pm On Apr 15, 2013
doublebls: @pink22. pls what is the use of castor oil.

you mean as it concerns fertility abi?
Castor oil has been traditionally used to aidin cases with inflammation, pain, growths or when increased circulation was desired. When it comes to fertility Castor Oil packs could be a great, supportive and relaxing therapy for:
*. Supports ovarian health*
*. Supports fallopian tube health*
*. Supports uterine health*
*. Detoxifying before conception*
*. Supports Egg Health*
How Do Castor Oil Packs Promote Healing?
Castor oil packs stimulate 3 important parts of the body: lymphatic and circulatory systems and the liver. The stimulation of these body systems aids the body inhealing the organs and tissues beneath where the castor oil pack is applied.
Health / Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Pink22(f): 10:52pm On Apr 13, 2013
@Igabe this is how i use mine.
I first of all massage the castor oil on my lower abdomen, i then place a small towel over the area then place the hot water bottle over the towel. The heat penetrates deep into my womb,i allow it for like 45 mins, if the heat becomes unbearable i lift the hot water bottle off for a few seconds.
Health / Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Pink22(f): 7:38pm On Apr 13, 2013
@Bloomingbuds that's exactly the one i use. You can'nt do it during af so i do it after af about three times a week especially the few day leading to ovulation, i stop immediately after i ovulate.

IS FIBROID UR CHALLENGE?

Natural Remedies for Shrinking Fibroids
there are also natural ways to diminish fibroids. It is important that if a woman decides to do follow this regimen, she should consult with her doctor at all times.
1. Cleansing the Liver and Kidneys
One of the most important things todo in order to have a healthy uterus is to cleanse the liver and the kidneys. Why is this so important? When looking at both the liver and the kidneys, they are vital to human health. These organs produce elements that are essential to survival. They are also responsible for removing toxins in the body, andif they are not functioning, that is a problem. A simple form of detoxification would be the lemon cleanse. This form of cleansing is simple and can be done every day. Another excellent detoxifying agent is apple cider vinegar . The best apple cider to use is Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
2. Environmental Toxins
Many of the products that we use and eat every day can create estrogen in the body and can cause fibroids to grow. Phytoestrogens and xenoestrogens must be avoidedto stop estrogen dominance. Xenoestrogens have to do with industrial and chemical processing that cause estrogen dominant symptoms in the body. An example of a xenoestrogren is paraben. Paraben is found in many creams and soaps. Anything that ends in paraben (methylparaben, propylparaben, etc) should be avoided. Phytoestrogens are compounds found in plants and animals that act like estrogen on thebody. Some examples of phytoestrogens are soybeans and tofu and coffee.
To avoid the growth of fibroids, women have to increase their intakeof estrogen-inhibiting foods . The idea here is increase the intake of foods that cause estrogen to diminish and limit the estrogen-dominating foods.
3. Increase Vegetables and Fruits
Green organic vegetables help to decrease the size of fibroids. Spinach, kale, and broccoli are some examples. The reason why is because the properties in these vegetables help fight cancer and thegrowth of tumors. Organic fruits are always good to eat, and they help the body to fight estrogen. Some fruits that are not included in inhibiting estrogen are apples and cherries.
4. Castor Oil Packs
Doing a Castor Oil Pack is a very important step in the process of reducing fibroids. Castor oil, according to the great Edgar Cayce, has anti-inflammatory properties, and it is great in diminishing the size of fibroids. The process to do this includes using a bottle of castor oil, a heating pad, and several washcloths. The heat is a very important part and should not be skipped.

Any one wanna try?
This is some one's story:
What we did [a formula we came up with after a LONG time of ttc taking all the advice and old wives tales and voodoo, we were open to ANYTHING]
on my fertile days
instead of recreational BD we did this:
insert some Pre-Seed lubricant
DH fills an instead soft cup with his semen [in bed next to me]
I insert the soft cup
He very gently massages my clitoris until I orgasm [only external stim so as not to disturb the cup!]
I sleep with the cup inside and take it out in the morning
We have our recreational BD [traditional lol] any other time we feel like.
cd 1-5 bleed
cd 6-7 spotting, dry cm [reg BD!]
cd 8 wet/creamy cm, faint test line on opk
cd 9 wet/creamy cm, faint test line on opk
cd 10 wet/ewcm, almost pos opk! [special above procedure!]
cd 11 ewcm pos opk! [special above procedure!] O day!
1 dpo wet cm, almost pos opk [special above procedure!]
2-4 dpo wet/very watery cm, feel normal
5 dpo got out of shower and had tons of fluffy pure white cm!
6 dpo white/dry cm, cramps!
7 dpo test fmu bfn [lol, I love those cheap internet tests!] creamy dry cm, hungry, cry a lot
8 dpo test fmu bfn [reg BD, cramps after I came!][saw mornings test later think I 'saw' some kinda ghost test line?! buttook another test bfn] dry cm, no cramps
at this point in my reg cycles I am always CRAZY, every symptom, nausea, breast pain, cravings lol! but I feel fine. weird.
9 dpo test faint faint faint fmu bfp [internet cheapie and answer early], I know only I can see it, so I don't tell anyone. dry cm, no symptoms, boobs kinda itchy
10 dpo light but visible fmu bfp [internet cheapie], dry cm, itchy boobs!
11 dpo light but definitely visible to everyone BFP on fmu frer! tell DH he still doesn't believe it is real! took a bunch more tests and and all BFPs!
Also took prenatels, ate pineapple core days 1-5 dpo, took baby aspirin everyday [stilldo!]

PASTOR E. A. ADEBOYE
We have to thank GOD for delays, in having children why?
Because in the bible all children bornby women who were considered barren turned out to be great children. Samuel, Samson Etc.
When a womb is reserved (appears barren , it means someone special is about to come out of it)
that was Daddy GO's message

Saw this tot i should share
Vitamins that help women ovulate
Vitamin D
According to The Telegraph website, vitamin D can improve fertility in women suffering from ovulation disorders. Low levels of vitamin D can cause problems with ovulation. Obtaining an adequate amount of vitamin D is difficult in the winter because there is less sunlight and people get the majority of their vitamin D requirements from the sun. The website Natural Health Solutions states that vitamin D playsan important role in calcium absorption and regulation and thus may help to normalize the development of a woman's follicles--fluid-filled sacs in the ovaries that contain immature eggs--and increase her odds of ovulating. Calcium assists with egg maturation and normal follicular development. The recommended daily intake of vitamin D is 1,000mg.
Vitamin B6
According to the website Stages in Pregnancy, taking vitamin B6 can improve a woman's chances of ovulating. Vitamin B6 is water soluble and it regulates a woman's hormones. This vitamin aids in restoring luteal phase defects in women experiencing ovulation problems. The luteal phase (the timefrom ovulation to menstruation) should be more than 10 days long (11 to 16 days is the norm) for ovulation to occur. If it is shorter than 10 days, it is called a luteal phase defect. The Vitamin Shoppe states that vitamin B6 lowers the amount of prolactin in the system. In high amounts, prolactin can disrupt ovulation and cause a woman's monthly cycle to become irregular. The recommended daily intake of vitamin B6 is 100mg.
Folic Acid
The Daily Mail website states that each year couples suffer from the infertility because the woman ovulates erratically or not at all. Women who consistently take folic acid have a lower risk of suffering problems with egg production and ovulation disorders. The website Baby Hopes states that folic acid helps to produce red blood cells as well as norepinephrine and serotonin (chemical components of the nervous system). Folic acid also helps to synthesize genetic material in every cell of the body and normalize brain function. Taking folic acid before conception reduces the risk of neural-tube defects such as spina bifida. The March of Dimes states that folic acid plays an important role in the production of normal red blood cells. An adequate amount of folic acid may help prevent strokes and cancers in somewomen. The recommended daily intake of folic acid for women of childbearing age is at least 400mcg.
Vitamin C
Medline Plus states that vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is necessary for the body to form collagen in bones, cartilage, muscle and blood vessels. The website Natural Fertility Info states that vitamin C supports ovulation by stabilizing hormone levels, keeping the immune system healthy and aiding in iron absorption. According to Baby Hopes, vitamin C causes the body to produce more water, which increases cervical mucus. In addition, vitamin C may be able to aid in conception by making the walls of blood vessels stronger and by fighting infections, which can interfere with ovulation. The recommended daily intake of vitamin C is 65mg.
Iron
According to Natural Fertility Info, iron is a blood-building nutrient thatincreases fertility by helping to balance ovulation. The website Welcome Baby Home states that iron is responsible for the production of hemoglobin (red blood cells). Iron taken with vitamin C improves fertility. According to Welcome Home Baby, a deficiency iniron causes anemia, which can disrupt ovulation. Iron supplements can cause constipation, so it is important to increase water and fiber intake when taking this vitamin. The recommended daily intake of iron is 54mg
