Its better for those swimmers to be in waiting when the egg arrives,cos even on the day of ovulation you cant really tell the exact time the egg is being released, so you stand a better chance a day or two b4 ovulation.

@Nictos you temp twice a day? Is that i deal, i think its only ur basal temperature that is important and that's ur waking up temp :/

On this particular cycle i got pregnant that explains the green lines but i miscarried if i had taken a temp on that dey it would have dropped way down. Three or four hour sleep is enough and you'll need to set an alarm as long as you temp at the same time each day you are good to go. Once the alarm blows just pick ur therm,and pop it in ur mouth preferably under ur tongue no standing up or talking b4 that and during the temp taking.
Maybe you should do a little adjustment on ur sleeping pattern.
Av been temping like forever now i understand my body so well i don't do it often

Lizzyslaw why don't u use Fertilityfriend i understand them better. I always have a dip on day of ovulation so whenever i see that dip i get jiggy and the next day my temps spike up
