What i did was i cut off refined foods including sugar, rice, semo, dairies including egg, milk icecream to eliminate estrogen which fibroid feeds on. I take lots of veggies and fruits , ofada rice , pure wheat instead of semo , before i knew it people started saying am loosing weight and when i weight i came down to 85kg from 90kg and now am down to 78kg

Castor oil is used in the manner mentioned here to enhance and tone the reproductive system, it is also for any form of inflammation i.e. Fibroids, cysts etc, it shrinks/kills them.
Am also planning on starting the self massage as soon as the witch is outta here.
@Chockl8y, how could u think only whities have issue with ttc, we should be surprised that they do at all with all the technology available for them. Welcome jare my sis, let us know the outcome of ur tests, but for now, take vex remove all that excess weight, na so i vex for ending of Dec and by Jan ending i lost 5kg and still going down. If u are interested let me know so i can tell you what i did or rather what am doing to loose weight.

@Mzora fertilaid is not for everyone, you ovulate on your own i guess it won't help you much, if you are dealing with hormonal imbalances talk to ur Dr for best solution, for me it messed my cycles up. However you can start with it any time in ur cycle.God Bless you with babies

I feel u so much MamaT. Af is visiting now i cried thruout in church y/day and am so so tired but to keep trusting God is not an option, we don't have a choice. I had my own share of tears this evening but not like yours. I saw this pregnant woman in church and so envious, she has three already and her last will be two by next week, and she don hammer again. Why is it so easy for some people i coundnt help weeping thruout the service am just so moody, right now o just want to have my bath and go to bed so i can pray and cry

@pink 22 why not try green world medicine Ginseng nd Ganadomern is very good in combat fibriod then try nd run away from cold water or anything cold, take hot water first nd last thing everyday,dont take anything sugry then whatch the type of fertility drugs you are taking i mean ask or verify before taking, beware of all this concortions because they have their own side effect.

Sisters we just did or are doing or about to do is a great battle. After serious prayers this afternoon i slept off and dreamt we were in a battle field, we all were dressed in blue gowns and we even referring to each other with the names we used here, we so dealt with our enemies they were running and hiding. We were also protecting each other so much the togetherness was awesome.
