The elections in these States lack credibility and appropriate measures must be taken by the relevant authorities.

"Similar irregularities were observed to a lesser extent in a number of other States, including Anambra, Benue, Edo, Katsina and Nassarawa. These incidents undermined the integrity of the electoral process in these States.
Irregularities should be thoroughly investigated and addressed by the appropriate authorities without delay''.
