The dough kneading though, it was challenging. Thanks for the compliment.

You can knead the dough without touching it. Just use a spoon. That's how i make mine. The only time you will need to touch it is when you want to roll it. But it is advisable to know how to knead dough before trying this method. If you know how to knead, baking will be so easy. Nowadays i don't think the world is about to end whenever i have to make bread or any baking recipe. Also, if you want to really get good at making pizza you will need a pizza pan.

Thank you for this wise comment. Some who think they are strong at this are sure very weak in some other aspects. Every human has his pressure point. To deny that is a form of weakness in itself. How many men on this thread can stand that girl physically But see how it went with her. She was punctured, and anyone can be.
I know a guy who tolerated the worst thing you can think of from his wife. But the day the wife abused his mother that was the end of the marriage. Simple question? Do you think all people with mental illness are crazy? Do you know that almost every human being has suffered from one form of mental illness or another? Think about it, ever felt so angry you couldn't concentrate? Ever felt so sad that you couldn't eat? Ever locked yourself in a room and wonder why life is unfair? So many examples of mental illnesses that does not involve someone being crazy but rather emotional imbalance.

There is no scientific data to back that. It is just a Nigerian myth. I too heard it growing up. Thankfully i went to school and know better now. Anger and sadness are normal emotional reactions. Hopelessness and the inability to bounce back from adversity are the main causes of suicide. Not mental illness.

You are funny. But seriously, get the skipping rope. Skipping gives you a total workout regimen. It can be hard at first but like everything in life, the more you do it the easier it becomes. Start now while you are young. The rewards are invaluable and unquantifiable.
