GboyegaD: Will try the 45 push ups daily going forward. At the moment I do 20 daily and will keep improving on it. There is an app called PUSH UPS that will definitely improve your push up game. There is also for sit ups and pull ups as well. It will help you improve to whatever amount or level you desire. |

GboyegaD: The workout regimen is the challenge. Paid for gym membership and never visited all through the year. Will try to give it a shot again. You don't need a gym. I freaking hate them. A good 15 minute crossfit routine will destroy you. You can do that at home and can download a routine from the internet. Or, 45 push ups, 30 sit ups and running at least a mile every weekend will keep sustained. |

abbey621: Do you understand the concept of sucicide? Do you know the concept of depression or hopelessness? Whether it is heartbreak, sadness, loneliness or any other emotional stressor, it is all mental illness. Suicide and mental illness goes hand in hand, there's no debating it. Don't take my word for it, Google is your friend! I would unsubscribe from whatever article you read that from. As human beings our ability cope with pressure is based on our ability to bounce back from adversity. Our ability to bounce back from adversity is based on life experiences and or training. MRT 101. In my organization, we undergo this training yearly. And with all my training not once has there been talk of suicide and mental illness. Do crazy people commit suicide? Yes. But not all people who commit suicide are crazy. That should be logical na. |

Your problem is because you are used to the hard life and are immune to some weird sht you are superman. Now you are saying suicide is mental illness. Smh. |

I entered electric train from Ibadan to Lagos and I snapped it and sent to a friend in Dubai, guess what! He couldnt believe it. I beg which hospital dem DEy manage your own madness? Because my doctor is calling me for Christmas food. We will talk when I sleep. Bye. There is a difference between an "electric train" and an "eletrik train". What Nigeria has is the latter. |

promotervickky: You are all saying bullshit, I make good money from the Nigeria you people insult, they are others too that makes millions everyday.
I have friends with millions in their account, all made their money from home in Nigeria!!
I sell Cars, do you know how many people buy cars daily in Nigeria?
Why the rest countries are developed is because you carry the money you made in Nigeria and spend it there.
First they chop you for IELTS Secondly settlement funds! And others. That is why they are leaving their country open for everyone, they just need your money.
Believe in your view of Nigeria if you wish, but don't paint it bad. If it's not working for you, it working for others period. That's where the problem lies. You do realize that peace of mind is key to happiness right? What's the point of having all that money when you are not safe? |
