Will try the 45 push ups daily going forward. At the moment I do 20 daily and will keep improving on it.

There is an app called PUSH UPS that will definitely improve your push up game. There is also for sit ups and pull ups as well. It will help you improve to whatever amount or level you desire.

The workout regimen is the challenge. Paid for gym membership and never visited all through the year. Will try to give it a shot again.

You don't need a gym. I freaking hate them. A good 15 minute crossfit routine will destroy you. You can do that at home and can download a routine from the internet. Or, 45 push ups, 30 sit ups and running at least a mile every weekend will keep sustained.

I would unsubscribe from whatever article you read that from. As human beings our ability cope with pressure is based on our ability to bounce back from adversity. Our ability to bounce back from adversity is based on life experiences and or training. MRT 101. In my organization, we undergo this training yearly. And with all my training not once has there been talk of suicide and mental illness. Do crazy people commit suicide? Yes. But not all people who commit suicide are crazy. That should be logical na.

No one, and i mean no one is immune to suicide. We all have pressure points and if that pressure point cracks anything can happen. Abi you never here of people committing suicide in Nigeria?

When i took my first bite i thought i was eating Mr Biggs meat pie. Brings back some solid memories. Soft, crumbly and yummy. My wife nearly faint with joy. If no be dis lockdown i for no efen know say this things easy to make i swear. Since i no fit go anywhere i might as well make the best of it.

Too easy. Mind what you eat and drink. Portion your food and never eat past 2000 hrs. Keep a very very tight and regular workout regimen. And try to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours every day. Works like a charm.

Lol. Old is a state of mind. My best friend runs 2 miles in 15 minutes, rucks 6 miles in 90 minutes with a 40 lbs ruck, does 65 push ups in a minute and 30 seconds, effortlessly completes 60 sit ups in a minute and halo jumps at night. He's 49.

Marriage need correct work. If you think say the pesin wey you marry go be the same pesin 5 years later you don lie for yourself. The truth be say both parties go de change. Always. And both of them must adapt to the changes. Failure to adpat na im de cause marriage to fail.
