I would not do that. reason? price correlation. short term-no problem (you probably might get away with that). Haven't you ever wondered why a time tested strategy works one day and doesn't the next day. correlation is the answer. it took a while for me to figure that out. Gbpusd correlates inversely with USDCAD and USDCAD has alrady confirmed a minimum of 300 pips to the upside with GU breaking all support. Always check correlation before placing a trade.

Another nice sell off opportunity is presenting itself on the eurnzd pair for a 600 pip drop to 16029. we are just waiting for the most recent higher low to be broken to pull the trigger.

Of all the trendlines on the chart, the most important is the one with the arrow. A good trend will hug that trendline till price has met it's TP.

On the Gold pair, with a break of 1395.60 enter a long with 2 lots. first take profit will be 1420.00 then let the other run to 1459.40. for GBPAUD, at its current price and price 16451, is an opportunity to sell to 16115 long term.

audnzd just confirmed a 190 drop to 11751. here's how we trade like a pro. depending on your account size enter. . say like 0.1 lot size. this is for insurance because price might just do the impossible and drop like a rock. But on a normal day price will retrace to the 4hr trendline or close to it. this is when we will enter 2 more lots of the same size and ride the wave to the set tp.

if anyone cares to know. . .the main reason why strategies fail. . .apart from inexperience is that price rises in a bullish market and falls in a bearish market differently. In a bullish market it is more of a flagish/penantish mix and for a bearish market is it more about price respecting a bearish trendline in a disorganized fashion. If you can spot the difference then you are golden my friend.

Success in fx is based on knowing what is news effect and what is technicals. . .technicals always win, that is if you know the rules. Some will make a few pips today but since they don't know the difference cannot switch modes and get stuck and lose in the long run. Another pair has shown it's hand and is in the final stages of the begining of dips for a 1300 pip rise to 16789 (that was a mouthful, or in this case a typeful). The EURNZD is well positioned for it's first dip and we will position ourselves at the base of the dip which is usualy at the 61.8 retracement level or if going by past performances of pairs. . . closer to the 100.0 level. But for the formation to be valid, 15076 must not be broken. Also for the dip to be valid. . . 15232 must be broken. Depending on entry point, be sure to leave ample room for price to move around and most of all be patient.
