Fiction: Symetrical triangles. . .bullish flags/bearish flags. . .head and shoulder formations are all different things.
Fact: They are all one and the same. Depending on the direction of trend and how you draw your trendlines.

Fiction: All pairs are different and exhibit different characteristics. you should focus on one or two.
Fact: All pairs are the same. Volatility is what confuses most traders

Fiction: I must unequivocally use stop loss for all trades.
fact: Depending on experience and style of trading. What is key is understanding true resistance and support. Most traders are probability traders and they have to use SL.

Fiction; Indicators are key to trading Forex
Fact: Indicators are for probability traders. Same as flipping a coin. Indicators lag. Anything that lags will give false readings.

Fiction; Price is moving South so it must be in a downtrend.
Fact; This is where understanding terms like DIPS and RALLIES are key. More often than not. .when price is facing downwards only means the trend is completely bullish and vice versa.

I would seriously advice you to hold of on GBPUSD for now until a confirmed reversal pattern exhibits itself which it has not shown yet. I do agree with you that it will fall, but to at least 15039, it is not ripe yet. I hope to God it gets to at least 15800 region. This only means it's got 800 pips to fall. . .that's 8k easy money, guaranteed. On EURCAD. . .that pattern is a bullish flag and it is dipping before skyrocketing to whatever price. I may be wrong though. I would focus more on EURUSD which is in rally mode right now and once that trendline on the 4hr breaks, will start a downtrend which will end at 12825.

It's very possible it's him. . .kinda looks like him. Only ever saw him once, and that was about 10 years ago. I was working for a marketing firm in Ikeja at that time and apparently the MD and he were room mates in college. This was at the time that star mega jamz just started and he was being signed up for one of the shows.

Although i'm pretty certain GBPAUD will get to 15380, i wanted to give you'all an alternate view of fake break breakouts. . .where to place stop loss and how to identify the begining of a change in trend. Will post more on how to identify a good rally and dip.

New trade to consider for the next 2 weeks. I almost missed it. The AUDCHF pair has formed it's reversal pattern and it's in the process of heading down to 9500. But it needs to break the trend line formed on the 30 min chart and test the 61.8 fib level before the trade becomes valid. If you want you can set a SL at 9775.

JAkpayen: Mourinho I'm looking @ 1.5800 in the coming dayz for GU as the reversal pattern or point.

It's very possible. Though, i hate trading a pair when it's in this mode. very unpredictable.

Also as put out before USDCAD'S target is 10040 or there abouts

Another set of pairs have shown their direction to add to the list of very profitable pairs so far. GBPUSD's target 15080 should materialize once a reversal pattern unfolds on the pair. Also, fans of EURCAD will be delighted to know that the pairs target of 1.3642 will happen when a reversal pattern exhibits itself. All other pairs are performing very well. Gbpjpy's target of 13940 is well on it's way and all one needs to do is place a sell. . .sit back and relax till that tp is met. if you are a short term trader. . .sell at the height of rallies. If you cannot identify when a rally ends i will post charts of how to identify one this weekend. GBPAUD's target of 15380 is still as solid as can be. It should hit target next week for nice 700 plus pip run. There are unbelievable signals popping up on variety of pairs this quarter. . .weired.

P.s. . .these calls are for long term traders. Leave room for price to move around. . .minimum of 150 pip SL.

For all intent and purposes, GBPUSD is bearish. But, the set up is not complete. In a perfect world. . .the pair needs to break the trendline formed on the 4HR. . .to give us a nice bullish run to whatever price. . . form it's reversal pattern. . . .then fall right back to 15047. like i said. . .in a perfect world. One can only hope. . .pray. . .and wait. If you look closely at GBPJPY. . .CHFJPY. . .CADCHF. . .USDCHF. . .USDCAD. . .have all done this. CADCHF and USDCHF has completed it's whole cycle and the other pairs mentioned have either completed their reversal patterns. . . or like USDCAD, which is in the process of completing it's reversal for a 200 pip drop.

All pairs are conforming to exectations. . . .this is a good time to enter a SELL for the GBPJPY pair for a TP of 139.20. . .though, hitting TP will take a while. . . and if you do not have the patience for a long trade then you can sell at every rally till that tp is met.

reasons why i think eurusd will get to 13610 and retrace for further up move to 14000 and 15000 subsequently. . . . .usdjpy and eurusd have the same pattern and eurusd is only in wave 3 mode and still has to retrace to complete wave 4. . . . .usdjpy is in wave 5 mode and 8200 target is very much viable. . . . keeping fingers crossed. . . .

Hello all,

just spotted and placed  a sell on gbp/cad

this pair has been in a range since june 2010

high of the range 1.6418 and low1.5251

on the monthly chart, pair has been falling for the past three months, so going short means we're following the trend. (see chart below)

now, on the 4hr, i noticed a bearish pinbar or what i call pinocchio nose. price rejecting 1.5907. (see chart below)

the chart i attached here is from fxpro. but when i looked at fxopen chart, the body of the pinbar is smaller and the tail longer. looking more like a perfect pinbar.

I do analyse my trades  with fxpro, fxopen and alpari charts altogether. i've come to realise occasionally they give different candle stick patterns.

for example, you may see a pinbar with tiny body on fxpro, but bigger body on alpari.

just hoping this trade brings in the much need profit (328 pips)

Hi bro. . . .been tracking the same pair for a while now and i'm seeing something different. . . if you had aimed for a 100 pip target i would not have said anything but since it looks like a long term trade here's my input. According to my system it's in an incomplete wave 4 mode. . . . everything is screaming long to as far as 16338. . . . the fact that it went this low is suprising in itself. . . . . .just be careful bro. . . .if i was to enter the trade i would wait for it to get to 16338 before i sold. . . if it doesn't then oh well. . .there are other pairs. . .

I swear I still don't know how you guys do it . hoping in and out of numerous trades in a day/week , I'd be dizzy by now, , whatever works sha. ,
