It just shows how primitive your mindset is as a person. Because a celebrity broke up with someone and you think her life is over. na you i feel sorry for not her. your mumu go last very long Lifestone: |
Super well done for another great job almost completed. But I just have some observation of mine. I don't understand the structural value of these high roofs houses in Nigeria especially Eastern part. No offence to anybody this high roofs just add over 25 percent cost to the roofing cost. All that space not utilised for anything other than aesthetics, they are not converted into additional rooms space on the roof attic or useful lofts, storage space or even converted into a man cave. That is one aspect of building business in Nigeria that I think it's still lacking behind. The full utilisation of this high roof space being created for good looks only and not used for anything. I think architects and engineers should advise the client on full space utilisation, I stand to be corrected it's just an observation. Keep up the good work my brother and your team. spyder880: |
spyder880:Great job my brother, But from the eyes of a non Professional in your trade i'm just concerned. Will this massive pit at the back of the Structure and the water log area not compromise the foundation of your structure? I stand to be corrected. keep up the good work. |
Yes my Oga. Even a blind man can see it. low Standard of finish. Just my opinion spyder880: |
spyder880:A lot of i can build you a house builders, but only on paper the front of the house looks like it has K legs ![]() Spyder880 you are the real Deal ![]() |
It really shows how narrow minded you are, No job is a shitty job. As long as you can make decent wage Out of a job, that is all that matters home or Abroad. deepwater: |

In some countries you will go to jail for trying to buy asbestos, but in Nigeria you are eyeing to buy asbestos to save cost. WOW. Using your money to buy illness for you and everyone around you. My brother better use Zinc To save cost and be alive oo zuraking: |
It is surprising to see that this is a pandemic, all over eastern part of Nigeria, The young man don't want work anymore (labourer), Rather all want to do Internet Scam, As a way to fast cash. Same problem in my community, Whereby you start a construction and they promise to come and work only to disappear for days. i remember in my days working as a labourer, i sometimes skip school on Friday to be able to work Friday and Saturday so i can have enough fund to carry me for the week ahead. as friday's are a lazy day at most schools. |
spyder880:Beautiful house as usual Your Building standard It's top notch. Just out of curiosity, How will the plastering Of the front Left view Of this masterpiece be done as it has two layers of block In front of it. Please forgive my ignorance Just very curious person. Thanks in Anticipation.

It's a pity to see that this is becoming a normal trend in Nigeria. If you ask them to work in construction site they don't want all busy looking for fast yahoo money. You go and bring workers from outside the community. To help Make the process go fast, They will call in and destroy everything if you don't pay them. My question is what are we paying them for? I really don't get the lawlessness of our country, it make my heart to bleed. |
Quietly following in the background,You are doing a fantastic job. Mr spyder, Your description of projects is second to none. They say a picture says more than a thousand words. Keep up the good work. |
