I was surprised not to have seen rice, yam, beans, indomie noodles, blah blah blah One cannot be too careFULL. A man was once diagnosed of diabetes and was told by the physician to avoid foods high in carbohydrates. Another fellow was diagnosed by same doctor of low blood sugar level and was told by the same physician to increase the intake of carbohydrate foods. Lesson: MODERATION is the key to good life.
