The court should understand why the DSS is trying all possible means to hold on to suspects even when bail is granted! They stay in their air conditioned offices and be granting bails left, right and centre; while the security agents are the ones that try their best to arrest these guys and bring them to justice.

Now that Tompolo has refused obeying court orders, they want the security agencies to go and effect an arrest. Dont be surprised when the DSS goes through thick and thin, risking their lives to arrest the guy, one magistrate will grant him bail!

Also, there are lots of schools that put their materials online e.g MIT and Stanford, there are also lots of MOOC's were you can get all the knowledge you want. at you own time and for free.
