My cousin's old mom was denied a B1/B2 non-immigrant visa yesterday. The guy is based in USA. He has a green card. He's been there for over 13 years. The mom is about 80 years. I took her there yesterday for her interview, but they turned me back and said she will be the only one to go in.

Later she came out with the international passport and a blue paper. I asked what happened and she said the white guy asked what does she do in Nigeria. She said she's a widow and she doesn't do anything (don't know if they expect an 80 year old woman to be working)

They asked how long her son has been there, and she said over 13 years.

They finally asked what she was going to USA to do, and she said she wants to go visit her son(for visit)

They told her she wasn't qualified.

Because they thought she will take advantage of the US health care system at her advanced age, and since her son is a green card holder they would think why is he not visiting her.

This is all pre-planned and a lead up to the implementation of the beast cashless system, and have nothing to do with curbing vote buying or fighting corruption. If u check carefully. U will see that this particular accident, the truck itself fell with the container, I think it was buckled, if it wasn't, the container might fall off the bridge

Once the center of gravity of the container shifts, then it will bring the whole truck down with it. It is not about buckling containers like seat belts but moving on to trucks that the containers are permanently attached like you see in the pictures I posted. Why can't Nigeria government mandate that only trucks with containers welded on to the trailer is allowed on Nigerian roads, the trucks you see in advanced countries the containers are permanently attached to the tractor so cannot fall off. Why is this a rocket science in Nigeria. You can separate the driver section from the trailer but the container is permanently attached.
