I have been to Atlanta and even lived in NYC and there is no comparison between those cities and Lagos madhouse insane traffic. At least you said rush hours but Lagos traffic is not about rush hours but just unpredictable traffic rush hours or not. I spent almost 1hr inside Ikeja GRA just to go from the expressway exit to the hotel I was going for a function this last weekend and 4hrs total coming from the Lekki area.
