Did u see that BOKO Hama originated from Jesus language? All the terrorist are originated from Mohameds language, so to terrorise is to defend Moslims? The Allah of the Pagan Arabs still remain the Allah Mohamed preached to u People. Why wont they be violence. Its a small god from the origin. U Muslims should be laughing at urselves for worshing a pagan god.
I dont laugh at u but pray u face the truth one day like many other muslims out there. Once u get to ur senses and decides to denouce Islam, u become a treat. Is this normal? Yet u laugh at urselves for been brainwashed by the Arabs!?.

Thank u, but doesnt it sound like if the Pastor is in doubt? Why should they not abide to the tradition of the bible as it was done, preach the word and baptise them? Anyway, so much change in todays church. Its hard when ones spirit is not in agreement with certain teaching/rules in a Church.
Christianity Etc › Re: How Do U Qualify This Teaching? by plappville(op): 10:31pm On Nov 14, 2011
@OP
I guess that the preacher was unable to pass across his point well, or perhaps you misunderstood him. Seems he meant to say that if you want to follow God/want to be a christian/serve God. Maybe that's what he meant by if you want to come to church.
Maybe i misunderstood him, but i wrote down what he said. After service he was so hasty i could refare him to explain what he meant. Holiness should not be drop at anytime be it home, work, school, church, market etc.
It sounds like he was not ok with certain member bringing in thier tradition to the church so he has to address them this way i guess.

You have no single convincing proof against it, if you read the Bible to provide the role of this
very comforter. How did your ghost comforter hear and speak? How did he correct those he
corrected, especially the disciples who had the privileges of being students of Jesus, just less
than 2 months for 3 years? Were they hard of thinking that they made mistake mistakes so soon, or
was Jesus a bad teacher that his students needed being corrected so quickly? How did the ghost
lead humans to all truth, if it was for the 11 remaining? I find this fascinating that Jesus said
he will return while at least 1 disciples would still be alive. 2000 years ago, it was just now I
will return and he has not, the reason you are expecting him, still. If he returns, today, you
will say he did just in time. Then imagine his promise of the comforter who came 610 later,
correcting and leading and hearing and speaking directly, while you are still expecting! Which
one is soon enough that made the appointment? I saw the comforter that came 610, while 2000 we
are still waiting for arrival.
U believed that Jesus second's comming is faulse, his salf claims as the son of God was wrong
etc, sure Mohamed has come to correct all these, He came to correct Jesus on how he faked himself, Mohammed corrected all these so that people like u can easily fall not me!

Each time you guys went into errors.
If there are people with errors, the Muslims and the existance of Islam, are u not getting it?

Jesus was not a christian, so that killed off christianity right there. Jesus was not a jew by religion, because you read his prostrating his face like Muhammad [as] taught us, while Jesus didn't prayed to a wall in Jerusalem like the jews of today. This also killed off judaism. The prayers that he made all night at Gethsemane proves that Jesus and Muhammad [as to both] prayed to God the same way. This is enough that Muhammad and Jesus followed the same path, the path of Islam.
Allah was never GOD, so that killed Islam.(how does this sound?)Wasn't Allah already worshipped
at the Ka'ba in Mecca by Arab pagans before Muhammad came to existance? History establishes
beyond the shadow of doubt tht even the pagan Arabians, before Muhammad's time, knew their chief
god by the name of Allah and even, in a sense, proclaimed his unity among the pagan arabs this
term denoted the chief god of their pantheon, the Kaaba, with its three hundred and sixty idols.
Mohamed merely proclaimed a god the Meccans were already familiar with.
The pagan Arabs never accused Muhammad of preaching a different "Allah" than the one they already
worshipped. what are u talking about?!Am sorry sir, history has refused to be on Islam's side on
this facts. The worse u ve said so far, are the bolds. U ve said the unsaid.

Same reason Christians killed muslims. Same reason Cain killed Abel.
Hahahaha very funny, so Muslims are Abel and Christians are Cain u are so funny u know that?,

This is Faulse faulse and faulse!! there are Two Quranic ayas they read as follows:

[s]9.014 “Fight them (infidels) and Allah will punish them by your (muslims) hands”
9.052 “”Allah will afflict you (infidels) with punishment from himself (Allah) or by our(muslims) hands”.[/s]

Was there a command for Cain to Kill Abel? No, but Muslims kill to obey the command of the Koran.
I wonder how long the world will continue to be brainwashed by these Islamic apologists line that
Islam is peaceful and islam means PEACE. I guess wht they mean anyway is, Islam means pieces of infidel
body parts on the streets.

Sisi, read above before you continue. The worst kind of wrong is knowing that you are wrong and refuse to even amend but shift blame. Are we not children of Adam. Are we not children of Nigeria, you being my sister? Nigerians marry one another you know, even as they are all male and female children of Nigeria. All of us call each other my brother and my sister especially when you are not in Nigeria, the bond is greater.
U need not to accept been wrong, after all, Mohammed refused to accept he was by Misquoting by using decendents as best option grin grin.

No. How are you christlike when you got married and have se.x and produce children? How are you christlike when you will want to be hung? How are you christlike when you eat pork? How are you christlike when you do not prostrate your face in prayer some part of the night? You don't even know the rule of that prayer that he made at the gethsemane. How are you christlike when nothing he did, you will do, including saying that you should follow the laws of the OT and follow the That Prophet, the comforter that will hear and speak, not the not the not talking ghost? How are you christlike when you are corrected by the Book of that prophet the another comforter and you rejected it? How are you childlike plappville, because name borrowing alone will not make you christlike?
Look, u are not different from other muslims in NL, same blindness, u wrote that ur
forefathers were Muslim, i am not here to prove u wrong of ur choice of belief but to prove u
wrong of Misqouting Jesus and putting him in same shoe as Mohammed. I may be offending God
wasting so much energy with ppl who are completely deaf in spirit.

We are Christlike because we do things he ordered us to do, Jesus didn't conderm us from getting married!. we are Christlike because we have the Holyghose that direct us in all things. We are Christlike because we have refused to be brainwash by the Koran. I hope u get this clear, am not in arguement though, i just know what i
am saying.

Tell me which of the above or what Moses brought you truly follow. Start with the first
commandment and bring your trinity to it.
The apostle Paul wrote to Christians In his Letter to the Romans in the New Testament:
(Romans 3:20-25)20 :Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight,

for by the law is the knowledge of sin.Let see God’s Righteousness Through Faith in the below verses:
21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law
and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His
righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,

In faith, we do truely fulfil the Law. the Bible explains in places like John of what the process
in which this can occure: (John 7:37-39 say), John gospel recorded that when Jesus was on
earth, read as follow,
37: In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man
thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
38: He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39sadBut this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy
Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
Mind u @Sweetnecta, John didnt say a prophet here!, "The Holy Ghose" I must say that,
Muslim are confussing themselves with their misinterpretations.

Today you are servant of Jesus, while you are a daughter of God? You think child of God should be servant of man? WIll it not be better if child of man is servant of God and best if child of man is slave [24/7] of God?
Do i ve same understanding of the bible as u? Non, Jesus is more than what u see/know him to be.

You live in Europe. Lets try Norway. Even France. Ask the christians how popular is circumcision? I know the nigerians adopt african tradition. But christians don't get circumcised because of their religion, while muslims do. This ma sista needs to know these things.
Who told u the West are all Christians? Will u call someone that say there is no God a Christian? Someone that Homosexuality is seen as normal in the whole family as Christians? U have no ideal of what a Christian is right?!

Since i ve live in the West, i know more about them and i can tell u, u call them Christian but
they are not all Christians. They practice more Catholic. The Christians once are few and they do
circumcise. Those that doesn't are the believe. They BELIEVE they are not tied with the
circumcision convenant. As far as i am concern, all Christian do circumcise. Say what u know MR.
U like to argue blindly why?.

Luke 19:27
"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me."

Luke 12:49
"I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!

Matthew 10:34
"Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."

2 Peter 2:12
"These false teachers are like unthinking animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed. They scoff at things they do not understand, and like animals, they will be destroyed."

John 2:15
[Jesus] made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.

Psalms 137:8-9
O Babylon, you will be destroyed. Happy is the one who pays you back for what you have done to us.Happy is the one who takes your babies and smashes them against the rocks!

Psalms 139:19-22:
"Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: Depart from me therefore, ye bloodthirsty men. For they speak against thee wickedly, And thine enemies take (thy name) in vain. Do not I hate them, O Jehovah, that hate thee? And am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee? I hate them with perfect hatred: They are become mine enemies."

Matthew 10:34
"Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."

Luke 22:36,38
[Jesus] said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one, " The disciples said, "See, Lord, here are two swords." "That is enough," he replied.

Matthew 10:35
35 For I have come to turn “‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—

Luke 12:50-53
50 But I have a baptsm to undergo, and what constraint I am under until it is completed! 51 Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. 52 From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. 53 They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”
These are languages u can't understand if u ve refused from the start to give a deaf ear. Jesus speaks in parable, only those who are willing understands and they get revived of it.
Christianity Etc › Re: Was The "holy" Mary A Virgin After: by plappville(f): 3:06pm On Nov 14, 2011
The deny of biblical facts are not Godly, Same fault as the Muslims, they deny the bible facts.
This article with clear Biblical facts will help u ve a good conclusion.

Did Mary Have Other Children?

One of the more controversial teachings of the Catholic church deals with the perpetual virginity of Mary. This doctrine maintains that Mary remained a virgin after the birth of Jesus and that biblical references suggesting Jesus had siblings are really references to cousins (Catechism of the Catholic Church, paragraph 510).

As the veneration of Mary increased throughout the centuries, the vehicle of Sacred Tradition became the means of promoting new doctrines not explicitly taught in the Bible. The virginity of Mary is clearly taught in scripture when describing the birth of Jesus. But is the doctrine of her continued virginity supported by the Bible? Did Mary lose her virginity after Jesus was born? Does the Bible reveal that Mary had other children, that Jesus had brothers and sisters?

The Bible does not come out and declare that Mary remained a virgin and that she had no children. In fact, the Bible seems to state otherwise: (All quotes are from the NASB.)

Matthew 1:24-25 - "And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took as his wife, and kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus."
Matthew 12:46-47 - "While He was still speaking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers were standing outside, seeking to speak to Him. And someone said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside seeking to speak to You."
Matthew 13:55 - "Is not this the carpenters son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?"
Mark 6:2-3 - "And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue; and the many listeners were astonished, saying, "Where did this man get these things, and what is this wisdom given to Him, and such miracles as these performed by His hands? "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, and Joses, and Judas, and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?"
John 2:12 - "After this He went down to Capernaum, He and His mother, and His brothers, and His disciples; and there they stayed a few days."
Acts 1:14 - "These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers."
1 Cor. 9:4-5 - "Do we not have a right to eat and drink? Do we not have a right to take along a believing wife, even as the rest of the apostles, and the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas?"
Gal. 1:19 - But I did not see any other of the apostles except James, the Lords brother."
An initial reading of these biblical texts seems to clear up the issue: Jesus had brothers and sisters. But such obvious scriptures are not without their response from Catholic Theologians. The primary argument against these biblical texts is as follows:

In Greek, the word for brother is adelphos and sister is adelphe. This word is used in different contexts: of children of the same parents (Matt. 1:2; 14:3), descendants of parents (Acts 7:23, 26; Heb. 7:5), the Jews as a whole (Acts 3:17, 22), etc. Therefore, the term brother (and sister) can and does refer to the cousins of Jesus.

There is certainly merit in this argument, However, different contexts give different meanings to words. It is not legitimate to say that because a word has a wide scope of meaning, that you may then transfer any part of that range of meaning to any other text that uses the word. In other words, just because the word brother means fellow Jews or cousin in one place, does not mean it has the same meaning in another. Therefore, each verse should be looked at in context to see what it means.

Lets briefly analyze a couple of verses dealing with the brothers of Jesus.

Matthew 12:46-47, "While He was still speaking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers were standing outside, seeking to speak to Him. And someone said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside seeking to speak to You."
Matthew 13:55 - "Is not this the carpenters son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?"
In both of these verses, if the brothers of Jesus are not brothers, but His cousins, then who is His mother and who is the carpenters father? In other words, mother here refers to Mary. The carpenter in Matt. 13:55, refers to Joseph. These are literal. Yet, the Catholic theologian will then stop there and say, "Though carpenters son refers to Joseph, and mother refers to Mary, brothers does not mean brothers, but "cousins." This does not seem to be a legitimate assertion. You cannot simply switch contextual meanings in the middle of a sentence unless it is obviously required. The context is clear. This verse is speaking of Joseph, Mary, and Jesus brothers. The whole context is of familial relationship: father, mother, and brothers.

Psalm 69, A Messianic Psalm

There are many arguments pro and con concerning Jesus siblings. But the issue cannot be settled without examining Psalm 69, a Messianic Psalm. Jesus quotes Psalm 69:4 in John 15:25, "But they have done this in order that the word may be fulfilled that is written in their Law, they hated Me without a cause."

He also quotes Psalm 69:9 in John 2:16-17, "and to those who were selling the doves He said, "Take these things away; stop making My Fathers house a house of merchandise." His disciples remembered that it was written, "Zeal for Thy house will consume me."

Clearly, Psalm 69 is a Messianic Psalm since Jesus quoted it in reference to Himself two times. The reason this is important is because of what is written between the verses that Jesus quoted.

To get the whole context, here is Psalm 69:4-9, "Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; Those who would destroy me are powerful, being wrongfully my enemies, What I did not steal, I then have to restore. 5O God, it is Thou who dost know my folly, And my wrongs are not hidden from Thee. 6May those who wait for Thee not be ashamed through me, O Lord God of hosts; May those who seek Thee not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel, 7Because for Thy sake I have borne reproach; Dishonor has covered my face. 8I have become estranged from my brothers, and an alien to my mothers sons. 9For zeal for Thy house has consumed me, And the reproaches of those who reproach Thee have fallen on me."

This messianic Psalm clearly shows that Jesus has brothers. As Amos 3:7 says, "Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets." Gods will has been revealed plainly in the New Testament and prophetically in the Old. Psalm 69 shows us that Jesus had brothers.

Did Mary have other children? The Bible seems to suggest yes. Catholic Tradition says no. Which will you trust?

Of course, the Catholic will simply state that even this phrase "my mother's sons" is in reference not to his siblings, but to cousins and other relatives. This is a necessary thing for the Catholic to say, otherwise, the perpetual virginity of Mary is threatened and since that contradicts Roman Catholic tradition, an interpretation that is consistent with that tradition must be adopted.

The question is, "Was Jesus estranged by His brothers?". Yes, He was. John 7:5 says "For not even His brothers were believing in Him." Furthermore, Psalm 69:8 says both "my brothers" and "my mother's sons." Are these both to be understood as not referring to His siblings? Hardly. The Catholics are fond of saying that "brothers" must mean "cousins." But, if that is the case, then when we read "an alien to my mother's sons" we can see that the writer is adding a further distinction and narrowing the scope of meaning. In other words, Jesus was alienated by his siblings, His very half-brothers begotten from Mary.

It is sad to see the Roman Catholic church go to such lengths to maintain Mary's virginity, something that is a violation of biblical law to be married and fill the earth.

The pastor preached about Holiness, but he came up with a word like,

"GOD is holy, we must be holy like him, if u are coming to Church leave your tradition/culture at home, because the Church is a holy place" Is it a king of scared to tell the people they ve to be Holy and that is all? or that he understood Holiness as to be shown in Church premises only?

In order words, Leave those Culture/tradition at home, and after church u can pick it again shocked

(Hebrews 12:14) Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

(Ephesians 6:18)Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

(Leviticus 11:44) For I am the LORD your God: you shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall you defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.

(1 Peter 1:16) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

In all these verse i didn't see where it says we should be Holy only when in the Church.
What have u to say Fellow brethren in Christ.

Only Christian only, i don't want responds from unbelievers or half believers, Thank u for understanding.

Is it right when a Pastor tell a member who gave his/her life to God and willing to get baptise that, before i baptise u, u will have to answer some Question, they are paper question from the bible, just to test u. I was wondering if its same method by Jesus disciples or his own method.

(Matthew 3:13-15 KJV)
13Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.

14But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?

15And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

(Matthew 28:19 20) "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

Does it means, the disciples do spend many months to observe if the person wort to be baptise befor the baptise him/her like the Pastor above?

Islam › Re: Is Islam Really A Religion Of Peace? by plappville(f): 11:50pm On Nov 13, 2011
Wrong, wrong interpretations, there are Certain truth u ought to know about Jesus Christ.

@Sweetnecta, u should know that Jesus do spoke in parables, he never spoke to multitudes witout parables. He was a Master of parable. In his teaching, Jesus used parables often and to great effect. Parables were a good way to teach and He was good at telling them. However, there were more reasons than that for Jesus’s use of parables. Below are some i could figure out,

He knew that not everybody would understand or give proper thought to his parables. Just like mohamed ve misinterpreted them in the kuran. Some people tune their hearts and ears to God’s word, while others deliberately block their ears to God’s voice (Like YOU) .Yet others neither tune nor block their ears Jesus told parables to challenge such folk.( These folks do understand and never twist his words, they re the true Followers)

He always take advantage of occasions, when multitudes flocked to hear him speak, through the parables he could enlighten those whos hearts were sincere and receptive and were hungering and thirsting for righteousness (Mtt 5:6). (not those socked in a blinded belief)

When he told the parable of the sower,, ( And his disciples came, and said unto him,  "Why do you speak to them in parables?" (Mtt 13:10). See
(Verse 11-17) 11: He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

12: For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

13: Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

14: And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

16: But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

17: For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Jesus In telling the parables, u can understand he was bringing pressure to bear upon his listeners, to either open their spiritual eyes and ears and be enlightened, or to shut their eyes and ears tighter and be condemned. He answered them by qouting Isaiah 6:8-10 see qoutes, (8: Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

9: And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

10: Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Although @Judek2, has explained to u already but it made no sense to u why? i hope u will understand now and stop misinterpreting Jesus. If u dont care, its left for you.

Mohammed was not the conforter Jesus told us about.
We ve said this over and over, of what use repeating it when it make no sense to Muslims.
He is fraud because, his teaching was violence, he was a mere sinner during his days, his claims of been the one Jesus told about are not true because his character displayed it. He did the contrary, why didnt he follow same step of Jesus to prove it.

U calling me sister was like a Nigeria tradition, or did u do it to prove a point? If ur point was to prove Mary as sister of Aaron/Moses, then u re wrong. Am i really ur sister? So Why do the Muslims kill Christians if the Adam decendant liquide still flows in between?

I cannot call my great great and great grand fathers son my brother.
A brother is same mom and dad. The Gap between the Mary and Aaron was uncalled for.
Ur prophet got it wrong but refused to accept his faults.
Do u know the bad influence this has brought to the Koran?

Yes Christianity is sure Christlike. U cannot generalise, is it all Muslims that respect or put in practice everything they read in the kuran? Sure, true Christlikes do honour the laws. For the fact that most people do not do according doesn't make it fake,
Those who claim to practice it but dont respect/apply his laws are fake/false believers. Jesus will identify his servants on the last day, never mind.
And where did u get the no circumcision from? This my broda self! Na waooh.

I know Muslims will attack me but i am not ready to argue with them. @sweetnecta, i speak the truth, does a French man speaks English that he will shout Jesus to trow his bomb? First u ve faiked becos, French people know nothing about Christianity. They only know that Catholic church is a place to worship Mary each sunday.

I ve worked with non serious Muslims, i know what i am talking about.
They teach their Children to hate especially Black race. This is the origin of violence.
My boss was tired of adressing the isue becos one can't file a case a kid.

A little girl one day told me, she hates black because her dad told her that Blacks looks like the Devil. shocked
Her mother confirmed, it was truth that the x husband has always warned their kids not to mingo with Blacks.
We got several race insults from only the Arabian Children.
Islam teaches violence, take it or u leave it, i wont stop it though!
Madam are u a Muslim? No why? Nothing just want to know. Hahaha, after that day they confirm u dont belong, they no longer smile at u as usual. OMG what a mentality.

@OP, ask urself why They always shout Allah Wakuba each time they kill, the most recent murder as prove is that of late Colonia Gadafi of Libia. They praise Allah when they kill. Why is Nigeria now rated among the Bomb fun Countries? Why should islam be, either u accept Islam or u die religion? The Only Nigeria boy caught with a bomb in attempt to bomb a plan is Muslim and was backed up. Why a real muslim man will not work with a female colleague in same office, why?( I was a victim of this.) So my answer to your question is Yes, there is violence in Islam and this is getting worse. Those Arabs who are not Muslims can be very nice though.
Muslims in NL hate the truth, and ii hate when the truth is hidden.

Six Wrong Ways to Face the End Times (& One Right)
Bible prophecy says that bad things are coming. Conspiracy theories found on the Web only seem to confirm this. In light of this warning, what should we do to prepare? Shall we leave the city or even the country? Move to Israel? Stock up on food and water, or even guns and ammo or at least gold & silver? Find out the reassuring answer from the Bible on where to put our time and effort to be ready and saved when the end times events come upon us.

The pursuit of Bible prophecy understanding is definitely not for the fainthearted. Understanding comes slowly and incompletely at first which unfortunately can leave you in the lurch at times with embarrassing or uncomfortable misunderstandings.

One particular area of progressive and incomplete understanding is what we are supposed to do to prepare for the end times. Once someone comprehends the dire events we are going to have to through, answering what to do about it becomes urgent to them, yet progress is very slow.

I remember early in my own studies how in the dark I was as well. With my limited understanding I was convinced to take some radical measures to prepare for end times (that I'll be sharing below). Soon after I did, I realized that my thinking leading up to those actions had been mistaken. By correcting that thinking, I later came to at last find in the Bible what God really expects us to do in the end times to prepare.

Yet I continue to get emails and phone calls from people who are now where I used to be, adopting the same costly strategies that will not save them from the end times. In their defense, I will say that today the world seems even more dangerous and unstable than it did in 1999 when I was in my greatest point of uncertainty. The multitude of perceived threats puts more pressure than ever to do something, anything.

In this article I'd like to address the approaches people are commonly driven to try to prepare for the end times. From over a dozen years worth of interactions with other Bible prophecy fans, I have come to recognize several repeating patterns of thought on facing the end times. I've believed most of these ideas myself, in phases, on the way to the truth. Because of that I know them very well. I can share what I learned that was good from each phase and what I finally saw that forced me to abandon the strategy and move on.

1. Pretrib Rapture / Keep Witnessing
We'll start with the default view for most Christians of thinking that they are all set for the end times simply by their belief in Jesus. Typically they expect that a “pretrib rapture” is coming to whisk them away before anything bad happens. Or if they don't really have an eschatology, they may think that just being saved through accepting Jesus is enough to keep them safe wherever they are, no matter what God allows to happen in the future. Some of them even joke that they are “pan-rapture,” that is, they don't know anything for sure except that “it will all pan out in the end.”

Their apathy is understandable given how hard the Bible is to understand and how confusing and divided the teachings based on it are. Due to this apathy, they don't bother studying or even reading Bible prophecy. They even chide those who do as wasting time that would be better spent studying the Gospels and bringing people to Jesus.

Probably the most often-cited argument for believing we'll never have to face the Great Tribulation is that God would never “put his bride through such a thing.” Admittedly, the concept of being here for terrible end times events is not pleasant; it's gut-wrenching. Therefore it's quite understandable why most Christians wish to deny it or remain ignorant. Ignorance is bliss.

Solution:

The obvious solution to this paradigm is to not let such obstacles stop you from studying the whole Bible, including the prophetic books.

Even before you get to the prophetic books, you'll see that virtually all the heroes of the Bible went through suffering, tests, trials and tribulation. There is a definite pattern of that. And it's not just them, OT saints. NT disciples were told to expect the same:

Acts 14:22 (HCSB) strengthening the disciples by encouraging them to continue in the faith and by telling them, “It is necessary to pass through many troubles on our way into the kingdom of God.”
Now there's a verse you don't hear quoted too often in church!

What should our response be to this? In the face of these tribulations, do we find the saints just ignoring them and hoping for the best? No, the pattern is God's people taking action in the face of tribulation. Noah had to build the ark, not just preach about God. Lot had to leave Sodom, not stand in faith through the brimstone shower. Joseph realized that the special revelation from God about seven years of bounty was given so that they would be able to take action on it (of storing up the bounty) to survive the famine.

Likewise, Revelation is not just about “showing his servants what must soon come to pass” (Rev 1:1) for their intellectual curiosity. It includes instructions for what to do about them. It even promises a blessing for taking action:

Revelation 1:3 (HCSB) -- The one who reads this is blessed, and those who hear the words of this prophecy and keep what is written in it are blessed, because the time is near!
If you read further in the Book of Revelation, some of these instructions are easy to identify. We'll be commanded to “come out of Babylon” (Rev 18:4), “fear God and give him glory” (Rev 14:7) “don't take the mark of the beast” (Rev 14:9). Including these instructions and a blessing for doing them makes no sense if we're all out of here with a pretrib rapture around Chapter 4 before any of these instructions matter.

Yes, a time is coming where we're going to be expected to do new things and follow new instructions (some of which are not so clear at first, see below). Studying the Bible now will make it easier to adjust to these responsibilities later.

2. Unsure What To Do
Immediately after a Christian realizes that there is no pretrib rapture, they enter this phase. They want to know what God's plan or instructions are in lieu of airlifting us out. Therefore, they seek out understanding of Bible prophecy so they can get some concrete answers.

This is a most uncomfortable phase to be in and I still remember what it felt like: high anxiety. It does not help that many Bible prophecy teachers out there who confirm that there is no pretrib rapture have no good answer for what the real escape plan is instead. So you're mostly on your own digging.

Solution:

Many never get out of this phase. Study of Bible prophecy is not easy and requires both time and critical thinking skills that many do not have. It also requires a high degree of Bible literacy. The Book of Revelation comes at the end of the entire book for a reason. You need to read and be familiar with everything else that precedes it to have any hope of cracking its veil.

Being in this phase is not so bad or costly as the other phases. The main drawback to it is that if you have no solid understanding of God's end time escape plan, you're likely to be in fear about the things you read in Revelation and elsewhere. Scared people write me all the time because they want to know what the Bible says to be safe (which is why I wrote my book). This fear is needless, and not what God intended us to stay in.

For those who want to graduate successfully from this phase, I can share from personal experience that the answer is to not give up in the face of adversity and keep seeking (Mt 7:7). That means prayer, fasting and study in faith that God will lead you to the right answer if you do not give up. Remember, it is to the glory of God to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to investigate it (Pr 25:2).

3. Self-Sufficiency/Survivalism
Unlike most of the phases on this list, I never succumbed to this one—although I did consider it. Back in the heyday of Y2K in 1999, my understanding of Bible prophecy was at a kindergarten level. I was still in the phase above of knowing bad things were coming but having no idea what to do about it. So I looked into getting “off the grid” and ready for anything including the breakdown of civilization. To become self-sufficient and not depend on civilization to feed yourself was an appealing concept.

At first, survivalism sounds like a very reasonable and responsible approach to the end times. If you don't know if God has a plan to save you or what it is yet, then you “ought” to do what you can to prepare, right? After all, "God helps those who helps themselves" (a saying that is not in the Bible, actually). Also, if the end times do not come in your lifetime, you still have valuable skills to call upon whenever you need them in natural disasters, storms, being stranded, shipwrecked, etc.

I explored this option by going to a survivalist trade show while I still lived in Austin, Texas. They were selling MREs (meals ready to eat), guns, ammo, camping equipment, survival manuals and the like. Mixed in was a lot of sovereignty thinking. For example, one shortwave radio show host priced his book for sale not in dollars but “20 F.R.N.s.” “What's a FRN?,” I asked. The reply came, “Federal Reserve Note.” (Sovereignty teaches that we don't have real money, and we don't even have real dollars anymore. Very intriguing. A Bible teacher I know stopped payment on his house mortgage once he became influenced by this teaching because he believed that what they loaned him was not real money. He lost his house and moved to Israel.)

Needless to say, the survivalism trade show sure made me feel overwhelmed and seriously question the concept. I think all I bought there were a few pocket-sized books on edible plants and other survivalism topics that I never read or used.

Solution:

Nevertheless the trade show was not a complete bust. It helped me to realize that self-sufficiency and survivalism were not easy and not for me. The problem is most of us are city-slickers or suburbanites who are not cut out for farming or living out in the woods. It does not make sense that God expects all of us to completely change direction as adults and spend all our time now learning how to be farmers and survivalists while maintaining jobs and families at the same time, all without any explicit confirmation of it. Not everyone can do this on their own and if it's how God saves his people, then most quite frankly are going to be doomed.

I do know some who went for it. I met a family who moved to Panama to buy cheap farming land and become self-sufficient. It only took them a few years to arrive at the same conclusion I did. They realized they were making it harder than it had to be. They plan to return to the USA as soon as they can sell their land in Panama.

Later on, when I found God's actual preservation plan for his people in the Bible I realized all the more how stocking up would be a complete waste of money (more on that in part 7).

4. Moving To Safe Places
Many become convinced that the answer to the end times dilemma is to “get out of Dodge” or move to a safer place. A common destination is Israel (especially among Messianic Christians). But the main point for many is to just be anywhere but where they are near the city or heavy population. One particular thinking is that if America is Mystery Babylon and it says “come out of her my people” (Rev 18:4) then as soon as you understand that it would be best to get going.

That was almost my exact thinking in 1999 when I was in this phase. I've told the story before of how the combination of my small but growing understanding of Bible prophecy and the doomsday rumors of Y2K convinced me that it was a good time to move. I found a prospective employer in Costa Rica over the Internet. The language barrier did not phase me thanks to my years of Spanish in grade school. Thus, I figured it was an open door to relocate there or at least better being safe than sorry. I figured that if the Year 2000 computer bug crashed computers everywhere, people in a developing agrarian tropical country would fare better than a highly developed technologically dependent country like the USA would. So we moved there around June 1st, 1999, sight unseen.

I kept studying the Bible in Costa Rica and by November I realized Y2K could not fulfill end time prophecy. We didn't have to move over it. (Yet we decided to stay in Costa Rica all these years because God blessed us greatly there and who doesn't enjoy mild weather year round?)

Solution:

I still run into people to this day with the same thinking as I had back then. They ask me about moving to Costa Rica or other places and whether they should do it or not. What do I say to them?

I share the realization I made in Costa Rica soon after moving there. I say this all the time: “God is not saving only the paranoid, radical prophecy watchers who do extreme things 'just-in-case'.” There are millions of believers who are too level-headed and busy making a living to pay attention to and act on the latest internet doomsday scenario or other trend. Thus, if God really was warning people through Y2K, 2012 or other doomsday dates spread on the Internet, most people would never believe it or know what to do if they did believe it.

The fundamental problem with moving anywhere is that, without God's revelation, we don't know the exact place to move to. Nobody knows for sure where it will be safe from the many things coming. And even if you do, the cost of a big move is not something every servant of God can handle.

By the way, the place the Bible reveals as the location God will gather his people, is one of the last places people would think was good.

5. Stocking Up / Gold & Silver
More common than the relocation strategy is the strategy of staying put and “stocking up.” This means investing in survival food, water, guns and ammo and/or in gold and silver coins.

Of all the approaches to end time readiness covered so far, this is the most reasonable-sounding one. Does not the Bible teach that the prudent see trouble coming and prepare? Did not Joseph “stock up” in his time? Are we not as believers supposed to be wise and a light? And if we are prepared when others are not, can we not then powerfully witness the Gospel to unbelievers in their moment of need? The potential of stocking up is much-trumpeted for such reasons.

Regarding gold and silver some say that if we are living in the end times, investing in metals is simply a prudent thing to do. They view it as similar to buying an insurance policy, as precious metals are likely going to keep rising in price. To be sure, it seems more like a sure bet than ever today in the bad economy and with gold and silver breaking records.

Solution:

However, there are serious problems with the strategy of stocking up, problems that are not advertised by those selling goods or often considered by those buying them. If you think the strategy through carefully for yourself, it's not hard to find reasons to reject it.

First, consider the record of how past crises have played out. Remember New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina? The roving gangs of looters? Police were overwhelmed and so shopkeepers were left to defend their own stores from looters. Even police officers were looting!

Keep in mind that this was just one city that was receiving plenty of outside help from areas untouched by devastation. If our civilization collapses everywhere due to the global end times catastrophes spoken of in Revelation, the situation will be much worse than New Orleans. Nobody will be completely safe. There will be no escaping trouble and no amount of preparation will insure anyone's survival. In desperation most will will join looting gangs and attack and steal from those who horded or simply have what they need. If a global disaster hits, you probably will not be able to keep your supplies for long, unless you have a personal army and are willing to kill those come against you.

But what about how gold and silver are breaking records now? Yes that investment is turning out good, for now. Again, it did not work out good for people after Y2K when the speculation-propelled gold price dropped. Gold is driven by speculation again today and many think it is a bubble due to burst just like the housing and internet bubbles did. Precious metals are notorious for their volatility and investors do not normally allocate much of their portfolio to them for this reason. And again, the challenge will be keeping your gold and silver if you are among the few who has the foresight to acquire some.

Another big problem with stocking up is that it prohibitively expensive for most. It would take significant sacrifices in the most family's budgets to find the money to pull off even an partial amount of stores or coins. Most people are already living paycheck to paycheck and may just have to eat their stores at the end of one month long before the end comes. For example, one person who knew I was writing this article shared:

I would love to read that article Tim. I know that the LORD told me a couple of years ago to start saving food aside for the coming famine in America, but things have gotten so bad this last couple of months that we have had to eat all of our storage supply. I hope I can get it caught back up.

This sounds good until you factor in that survival foods are not as economical as regular foods at the supermarket. The person would have been better off saving the money instead of saving food. This highlights yet another disadvantage this strategy: if the end of the world does not come as planned, a negative return is to be expected on your investment. After Y2K, many people who bought food stores did the same thing, they simply ate them. That does not sound so bad, “no harm no foul”, except that they were harmed financially from the unnecessary investments in Y2K prep.

And technically, it's improper to call these preparations investments. Real investments put your money to work for you and have a anticipation of growth. Thus, putting money into stocking up represents an additional opportunity cost compared to a real investment. These "safe" stored consumables lock up money so that they generate no interest or have any chance of growth. If they had taken the same money they invested in the food, guns, ammo into real investments or simply put it in the bank it for a rainy day, on average they would have done much better for the most likely way the world would go.

While gold and silver do have potential to grow money, they are hit or miss. People who bought in the times of the last recession (early 2000's) or current recession of the late 2000s will tell you how much money they've made. But if you look at a 20 or 36 year history of gold, you'll see the fluctuations. There are many points, such as the '70s or '80s, where if you had bought gold then you had a long wait to sell it and to make money or not lose money. I used to collect gold and silver coins and I remember the depressed prices of the '80s and '90s, well, so I take the current apparent bubble with a caveat.

In other words, it's wiser to save or properly invest your money rather than tying it up in assets that won't work for you or are not sure investments and even save you from the end of the world. (Note: I'm not talking about stocking up for local issues such as living in hurricane alley, tornado alley, the San Andreas Fault, etc. In those cases some small affordable prep can help you greatly!)

6. Watch Conspiracy Daily
Most Christians have pastors who believe in a pretrib rapture. Once they realize that their Bible says something different, Christians lose confidence in the teaching of their pastors. But since Bible prophecy research is one of the hardest areas of Scripture, it can be too confusing, frustrating and discouraging for most Christians to handle. Most get nowhere and eventually give up on trying to make sense of it.

They therefore look to alternative sources for guidance on the end times. Conspiracies theory news sites are common now and full of new ideas they never heard before that get their attention sooner or later. They teach about the Illuminati, Free Masons, etc. ruling the world in secrecy, and other shocking and scary things. It's like a car accident; gruesome, but hard to not look or not keep reading, as the case may be.

The heading name of this section is actually a play off the website called WorldNetDaily.com. WorldNetDaily is one of the favorites for those who think staying current on the latest trends will save them. A good example of the types of stories you'll read there is the recent one on transhumanism. It posits that attempts to upgrade and remove the limits to human capacity is an end time trend that will mature under the Beast of Revelation that makes war against God. If scientists are truly creating hybrid human-animals then this indicates the end must be around the corner and we should probably be pay attention to it, right? Certainly this sounds like one of many things going on the world that we should be aware of, even if they are not exactly shown in the Bible.

Solution:

The solution to this thinking came naturally to me. After a few years of reading WND and other more radical sites, I noticed something. Much like the repeated prophecy doomsday or rapture dates you've seen, there was always a new trend alert or crisis coming down the pike. They would predict a dirty nuke or suitcase nuke attack, or imminent war in the Middle East, or the Mark of the Beast (in the Real ID or other new legislation or technology).

But guess what? Never once did any of these predictions prove accurate or helpful. Even if they were true, what could any of us do about them anyway? What can you do about hybrids? If God does not provide an escape from the real threats coming, we're all doomed. So in the end, these articles only gave a constant stream of new things to worry about. Regarding that, Jesus asked which of you by worrying can add a cubit to his height? He also said that if you focus on God and his kingdom all these other things be taken care of. (Few take this literally and practice that living. But those who do live that way have amazing testimonies.)

And like the speculative article on transhumanism mentioned above, these reports certainly did not help me to come any closer to a proper understanding of Bible prophecy. Oh they quoted a verse or two, like the transhumanism article does, but after careful scrutiny, the Bible support was loose and forced at best.

Therefore, I stopped wasting time on such rabbit trails and focused again on finding out what the Bible actually predicts, as hard as it is at first, and second, and third. Like the Bible says, we have a “more sure word of prophecy.” If you really want to know what's coming that's where you go.

7. Seek Righteousness, Humility, Faith
As has been shown, the preceding end time readiness approaches all have problems. They are all best guesses on what to do for the end times taken after failing to find what God in the Bible says to do.

To be very fair, it's not clear at all in Scripture what God's plan is. Not nearly as clear as it is what the coming bad events are that we will be going through. Revelation has chapter after chapter describing these terrors. But there are only a few verses on how we're saved, and they are murky or discouraging at best.

For example, the passage many of us latch onto right away is Revelation 7 about the sealing of the 144,000 with protection from the things that follow. We pray and hope we'll be one of them, but we have our doubts. It says they're 12,000 from each of the tribes of the Houses of Israel and Judah. That's disheartening to us Christians because we consider ourselves Gentiles. Nevertheless, I hoped I was descended from one of the “lost sheep of the House of Israel” (Lost Ten Tribes who were scattered and lost their identity), without knowing it or being able to prove it.

However, as I learned more about the mission of the 144,000 to preach the three angels messages of Revelation 14 and thereby fulfill the global end time preaching of the Gospel (Mt 24:14), I realized that the 144,000 number was literal and it was not the plan to save the millions of faithful believers in the world. There had to be another plan for the rest of us: crippled, elderly, children, families, etc. who are not fit to wander around in Beast's kingdom preaching as a witness against him during the Great Tribulation.

So I moved on. Next, like some, I read about the Woman in Revelation 12 who instead of having protection wherever she goes like that, is instead brought to a protected place where she is fed for the entire Great Tribulation.

Revelation 12:14-17 — 14 The woman was given two wings of a great eagle, so that she could fly from the serpent’s presence to her place in the wilderness, where she was fed for a time, times, and half a time. 15 From his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river flowing after the woman, to sweep her away in a torrent. 16 But the earth helped the woman. The earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river that the dragon had spewed from his mouth.
Sounds good, except that the Woman gives birth to the man-child who is taken up to heaven (Rev 12:5) is a clear reference to Jesus and Israel, who he came out of. Thus, it looked like another Israel-only plan. If you're a Gentile you seem to either be out of luck, or simply not mentioned.

Solution:

Then as I studied further, I noticed a few things. The next verse in the passage alludes to the 144,000. Upon seeing that the Woman is untouchable, Satan decides to try to attack the 144,000 who are not gathered with the Woman:

Rev 12:17 — So the dragon was furious with the woman and left to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and have the testimony about Jesus.
That description of her offspring gives us some hope. Although the original identification of the Woman in the first part of the chapter clearly points to Ancient Israel and later Israel of Jesus' day, this verse expands it to a certain definition of modern righteous believers: those who obey God and continue in the testimony of Jesus. Could it be that the opportunity of protection is open to anyone who is believes and is righteous?

In answer to that, I noticed something in the Gospels. Jesus said he was sent only to the “lost sheep of the House of Israel” a couple times, the same group as the 12 tribes of Israel mentioned in association with the 144,000 and the Woman. For that reason, Jesus told his disciples to not preach in other nations, not even the Samaritans among them (Mt 10:5-6; 15:24). As well, Jesus initially rejected the exorcism request of the (non-Israelite) Syrophoenician woman because although she lived in Israel, she was not descended from Israel. Nevertheless, when she persisted in faith Jesus ultimately granted her request (Mt 15:28)!

From that episode I could see that there must also be physical salvation for Gentiles in the end times, too. Yes, God offers salvation to the Jew first (Rom 2:9-10) and they have advantage “in every way” (Rom 3:2). However, God is not a respecter of persons or prone to favoritism (Ac 10:34). He will include us all in the plan he outlines using Israel if we persist like the Syrophoenician woman.

This is confirmed by other general prophetic passages:

Luke 21:36 — But be alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place and to stand before the Son of Man.

2 Peter 3:11 — Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, ⌊it is clear⌋ what sort of people you should be in holy conduct and godliness

Zephaniah 2:3 — Seek the LORD, all you humble of the earth, who carry out what He commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be concealed on the day of the LORD’s anger.
These again mention the same theme of salvation to ALL who seek God in righteousness, humility and faith.

However, again, righteousness or merely believing in Jesus and planning on that alone is not enough. Noah, Lot, and Joseph were all righteous and yet they all had to take specific actions to save themselves. Likewise, a time is coming where we will be told to move to safety, just like Lot and just like Moses told Israel to move out of Egypt for God's plan for them. At that time,
the exact place will be revealed, and the way to get there will be provided, just as it was for Ancient Israel
(eagles' wings or divine providence: Ex 19:4 = Rev 12:14).

Conclusion
Until the end times events begin, the plan for us is plain and simple. We don't need to move ahead of time to our best guess of a safe place, just in case. We don't need to waste our money on goods that we can't take with us when God reveals the right place to move to. We don't need to train ourselves in farming and survival skills when we're told we're moving to a place already prepared to feed us. We don't need to waste time researching the latest conspiracy theories which can never reliably predict the future like the revelation of Bible prophecy can. We don't need to sit unproductively and wait in hope for a pretrib rapture.

The Bible instructs us that there is a plan and to be a part of it when the time comes we “stay alert”, in “prayer”, in Bible study and in “obedience” to the will of God in “holy conduct and godliness.”

There will still be opportunity for salvation for some people who will be left behind at that time . It's just that their salvation will be by works and not by grace.
U re right, the writer stated it in his article. It's best to be well prapared and avoid the 1st and 2rd options.
Every believer should work/pray and watch to be among the mark evaders(rapture guaranteed)
As the option two will be terrible due to lack of Grace to face the tribulations. May his grace keep us straight and focus to this great period amen.

The Mark of the Beast - If You See It, It’s Too Late.
The Book of Revelation is rife with confusing passages. Yet it is crystal clear on the need to avoid the Mark of the Beast at all costs. But how do you make sure you do? What if they force it on you or trick you into taking it? Don’t we need to identify it now to best avoid it? Is it a figurative mark and somehow already here today? Also, why would anyone take it given the clear warnings described against it? Find out everything you need to know about the Mark of the Beast—plus a startling new insight on the months of torture awaiting those who take action too late.

If the Antichrist is the most dreaded threat of the Book of Revelation, then his mark would have to be a close second. Just as people wonder who might be the Antichrist today, they also wonder whether the Mark of the Beast is already here. As a result, the following passage from Revelation about the Mark of the Beast is one of the most quoted passages in the Bible:

The Mark of the Beast Passage
Revelation 13:16-18 (HCSB) — 16 And he [the False Prophet] requires everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, 17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark: the beast’s name or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom:, The one who has understanding must calculate the number of the beast, because it is the number of a man. His number is 666.
This passage is talking about the Great Tribulation (Mt 24:21) or the time when the Antichrist (or first Beast of Revelation 13) rules the entire earth. The second beast of Revelation 13, also called the False Prophet (Rev 16:13; 19:20; 20:10), will put in place a system of total control. They will attempt to brand every human with a mark that is needed for commerce. Obviously, without being able to buy or sell anything, you are not going to function in society or last long.

Despite the downsides of this path, it's plain from another passage that you can choose to refuse the mark:

Revelation 20:4 (HCSB) Then I saw thrones, and people seated on them who were given authority to judge. I also saw the people, who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of God’s word, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and who had not accepted the mark on their foreheads or their hands.
This passage should reassure those who worry that they can be tricked into taking the mark or forced to take it without their permission. It seems that the False Prophet will need your permission. Otherwise there would be nobody who "had not accepted the mark." The bad news is that they will not accept your response of "no, thanks" kindly. They will try to persuade all people to take the mark through at least four separate pressures or methods of persuasion.

Four Powerful Pressures For Taking the Mark
The first pressure is what Paul calls the strong delusion (2Th 2:11). The Antichrist will actually succeed in pawning himself off as God on earth ruling from the Third Temple in Jerusalem (2Th 2:4). Jesus said that this deception would be so convincing that even the "very elect" would be taken by it if it were possible. Thankfully, it's not possible because God intervenes with the Two Witnesses and 144,000 to preach the truth as a alternative to the popular lie (Mt 24:24). Despite God's counter-programming, the vast majority of the people are going to be convinced that the Antichrist is indeed God. This is due to the convincing signs performed at the hand of the False Prophet. These include calling fire down from heaven and making the image (statue) of the Beast that speaks (Rev 13:13-15).

The second pressure takes care of the minority who do not fall for the strong delusion. It appears from the passage above that the False Prophet will command death for those who refuse the mark. This is just as he does to those who refuse to worship the image/statue of the beast (Rev 13:15 = Rev 20:4). Many Christians will have read their Bibles or heard and believed the warning of the mark, but they simply are not martyr-material. They will crumble under the pressure. Like Jesus said, the love of believers will wax cold and believers will betray each other to save their own skin (Mt 24:12, 10).

To understand the third and fourth pressures requiers a correct understanding of the prophetic roadmap and especially where the Great Tribulation fits in it. Most believe or have been taught that the Great Tribulation begins at the First Seal. While the White Horseman does indeed seem to fit the Antichrist, that's an incorrect conclusion; it actually refers to what Jesus said about the many (religions) that would come in his name, talk about him, and deceive many (Mt 24:5). The real match for the rise of Antichrist and start of the Great Tribulation is the 5th trumpet. When someone shows you the proof of how the Great Tribulation starts when Satan is cast out of heaven (he has not been cast out yet) as the start of three "woes," the Great Tribulation / 5th trumpet connection becomes pretty self-evident (cf. Dan 12:1=Rev 12:7-17=Mt 24:15,21=Rev 9:1-6, 11-13).
Once you get that crucial point correct, it opens up the possibility of seeing a couple of other key insights. First, obviously the 5th Trumpet follows the 4th Trumpet. The 4th Trumpet concludes the sequence of severe global catastrophes on earth caused by near earth objects (such as Star Wormwood) starting at the 6th seal. This will leave the world in a state of devastation (Rev 6:14; 8:7, 9), fear, panic, chaos (Rev 6:15-16), dark , cold (Rev 8:12), smoke, fires (Rev 8:8-9), water scarcity (Rev 8:10-11) and famine (Rev 8:7, 9, 12). Second, this answers how the Antichrist comes to power. It provides the perfect scenario for the Antichrist as the would-be God and "Savior of the world" to arrive and be the only solution all the problems—including the severe food shortage. Probably the mark will be presented as part of his plan to solve both the security (identification) and shortages of basic necessities (rationing). (Americans saw a similar thing after the 9-11 attack with the push for a national-ID called Real ID.)

Thus, the third pressure would be that, given the clear scarcity of food and clean water prior to the rise of the Beast, you will not get your basic living needs met without accepting the mark. The threat of death from thirst and starvation will already be mounting by the time the mark is presented to offer relief. If you do not take it, death will be knocking at the door. Principles and skepticism go out the window in such dire situations.

But there are always stubborn, crafty and prepared people who would still refuse the mark and scratch out an existence "off the grid." There is apparently another, fourth, pressure that will take care of even them. At the 5th Trumpet, we are told that an army of deadly scorpion-like locusts with teeth and stingers are released from imprisonment in the Abyss (Rev 9:1-3). Although lethal-looking (Rev 9:7-9), they do not go out to kill people; they only go out to torture everyone except the 144,000 and the other gathered-protected servants of God (Rev 9:4-5; 7:3-4; 12:13-17) . It actually says people will seek death but not be able to have it (Rev 9:6). These demonic creatures will no doubt be able to search out every nook and cranny where survivalists and other resistors with stashes of food and ammunition are hiding. Their fortification, walls and weapons will not protect them from the locusts. The torture will no doubt be very effective in getting them to accept the mark.

The passage telling us that these tortured people "will seek death and not find it" during the five months seems like a contradiction with what we said above that the False Prophet will cause those refusing the mark to be killed. But if you think it through carefully, you'll see there is a resolution. Yet, it points to a terrifying new realization about the mark that you probably never heard of before. It points to the conclusion that refusing the mark is not rewarded instantly with death. On the contrary, it is rewarded first with up to five months of torture to persuade you to accept the mark. At the end of the five months of the locusts' torture tour, they finally will put you to death. Why the delay? They may be sadists or they may simply prefer to have Beast kingdom subjects than dead defeated martyrs.

(Note, that the locusts passage does not say all people besides God's sealed are tortured. It just says the power is there to do so. Since it makes no sense for the new Antichrist God to make his first order of business the torture his admiring subjects, even those who accept him as God, I think it's a fair deduction that the power to torture is not used on those who take the mark. If he really wanted to capture, mark and torture everyone, then why stop after five months? But if the torture is to force the mark, then it makes sense that the torture is only used for a short time at the beginning. It only takes a few months to find and capture every single living human on earth who is trying to avoid the mark and to try to convince them change their mind.)

In summary, then, here are the four pressures on people that will make most people accept the mark:

The 4 Reasons Why Most People Will Take the Mark
Convinced Antichrist is God on earth
To avoid beheading
To avoid wasting away
To avoid (up to) five months of torture
"Mark" Only Figurative? Or Literal?
Extremely frightening isn't it? Anyone understanding just a fraction of the pressures coming to push the mark on people will naturally want to know exactly what is now so they can be sure to see it coming. Actually, we'll see later why it is that if you want to successfully avoid it (and keep your life), you must never see it.

But, still, people want to know what it is, so the first question then is to ask is what is the intended meaning of the passage describing the mark? Should we read it literally, as a visible marking on the skin of the hand or forehead or figuratively as something completely different (such as, say, "sabbath-breaking/Sunday worship" like the Seventh Day Adventists and others believe)?

A big reason for doubt about the interpretation of the mark passage comes from an uncannily similar instruction to Ancient Israel recorded in the Torah about a sign/symbol in their forehead and hand (Ex 13:9, 16; Dt 6:8; 11:18):

Exodus 13:16 (HCSB) — So let it be a sign on your hand and a symbol on your forehead, for the LORD brought us out of Egypt by the strength of His hand.
Orthodox Judaism uses this command to justify their tradition of binding of phylacteries to the forehead and hands. However, most agree that Ancient Israel did not follow this verse the way modern Judaism does. Instead, they understood it figuratively as telling them to keep the Torah firmly in mind ("forehead"wink and in their actions (the "hand"wink. If you agree with this interpretation, then it's natural to read the very similar passage in Revelation exactly the same way: figuratively (especially in a book like Revelation that is already assumed to be mostly symbolically figurative).

But we have to decide how to read a verse individually and in its own context. We cannot assume that every instance of every construct will be used the same, or misinterpretation will result. For example, there are at least three different meanings for the word translated "star" in the Book of Revelation alone (angels, meteors/"shooting stars", and literal stars)! In fact, the use of similar constructs for different purposes seems to be one of the ways that God made the Bible tricky on purpose as Isaiah and Jesus declared about God's word (Isa 6:9-10; Mk 4:11; Mt 13:11; Lk 8:10; 10:21-24).

Why Only a Literal Mark Works
Whenever you are in doubt after carefully considering a verse in context, you can usually resolve it by looking at related passages or in other words by looking at it in the greater Biblical context. Revelation 14:9 is another passage dealing with the Mark of the Beast which we can consult for help. Using it we can dispel any doubt about the literal meaning of the Mark of the Beast.

This passage is the third of three angel's warnings delivered to mankind. This third message specifically warns everyone about the grave consequences of receiving the Mark of the Beast in the "forehead" or "hand:"

Revelation 14:9-10 (HCSB) — 9 And a third angel followed them and spoke with a loud voice: "If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10, he will also drink the wine of God’s wrath, He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the sight of the holy angels
Now think about the theory of a figurative mark in the context of this dire warning. The unsuspecting general public is going to be given this warning so that they are able to know what to do to avoid God's wrath, a very serious thing indeed. They will need simple clear understandable instructions that they can act on. But a message referencing a forbidden figurative mark is not clear but requires further explanation or thought before people can know what it is they must avoid. This would leave people uncertain and unable to follow the instructions.

If a figurative mark does not work in the warning here, then why did God use figurative language to "warn" Israel about keeping Torah in their thoughts and deeds? It worked for that because that earlier hand/forehead sign referenced something that he had already told them volumes about: the Torah. He wanted to communicate to them how integral they needed to make Torah to their life and he did so using a powerful metaphorical illustration. In contrast, the mark warning is a stand-alone command to a general public who God has only spoken two other messages ever in total to. Thus, metaphorical language does not get the job done. The warning about receiving a "mark in the head or hand" can only refer to a literal marking on the forehead or hand which people can readily understand, identify, and know what to do when they encounter it.

But Wait, If There'll Be a Universal Warning, Why Won't Everyone Just Listen and Avoid the Mark?
With that settled, it raises another question. If the warning about the mark is going to be as global and clear as stated above, then why will anyone get trapped into taking the mark?

This is a simple question with a not-so-simple answer. It requires knowing several aspects of the end times in order to understand it. To help with that, let me outline the distinct categories people will fall into when the mark is out:

3 Categories of People When the Mark Comes
Mark accepters (alive, but destined for God's wrath)
Mark rejecters/martyrs (dead or soon-to-be dead(see below) but destined for the First Resurrection)
Mark evaders (alive and destined for the rapture)
The first two categories are obvious and self-explanatory, but the last one, of mark evader requires explanation. The mark evaders are obviously similar to the mark rejecters in wanting to heed the universal warning about not taking the mark. However, they differ from the mark rejecters in the two aspects of proactivity and of faith. We shall see that to evade the mark is not as simple or foolproof as it may seem to you now.

By way of illustration, you could compare it to the challenge of getting a girl to evade teen pregnancy by giving her a warning about it when she is ten years old. She may agree at that age that teen pregnancy is a bad outcome which she does not want. Yet, after she passes puberty, certain temptations must be resisted or certain actions taken for the teen pregnancy warning to work out well.

Similarly, when you hear the warning about the mark, you must take a specific action before the mark even arrives. If you do not do so, it will be too late and you will get pregnant, as the analogy goes, or be left with choices 1 and 2 above only. That's the proactive aspect of evading the mark.

The faith aspect of evading the mark comes in because the action required to avoid the mark will be to "come out of Babylon" (Rev 18:4; Jer 50:8; 51:6, 9, 45). The end time prophecies of the Bible repeatedly speak of God leading his faithful servants out of their home countries to a place he prepares to feed them during the Great Tribulation (Rev 12:12-17). However, it will not be so clear that this is right to do, as it is to, say, exit a burning house when someone shouts "Fire! Get out!" Probably everything in the world will look as fine (if you ca call it that) as it does today. It will be counterintuitive.

It has been my experience that when this clear (future) travel prophecy from the Bible is shared with normal church-going Christians, they reflexively reject it. It sounds ridiculous to the average Christian that God would ever require his people to do something so radical as to leave their homes. Many of them miss the obvious irony in their objection to a future God-given travel command in light of the fact that God has done this very thing repeatedly in the past with his faithful servants as the OT records. He told Abraham to leave his country. Lot had to leave Sodom. He told the entire nation of Israel to leave Egypt. Sure, they were slaves there anyway, but there are many parallels to their literal slavery and our modern slavery to sin, addictions, distractions, etc. in our home countries that an end time exodus would release us from, too.

(Note: A major reason that many despair upon hearing about needing to move to escape the end times, is that, again, they are not remembering the lessons of the Exodus. When God commanded Israel to leave Egypt, he did not abandon them but gave them tremendous "provision to go along with the commission" as the saying goes. They had great leadership, divine protection, payment of back wages through spoiling of the Egyptians and miracles such as the Red Sea crossing, shoes not wearing out, healings, manna from heaven to feed them, water from the rock to drink, victory over their enemies, etc. We can expect the same thing again when God again commands his servants to march out. Passports, money, illnesses unwilling spouses and children will all be worked out (cf Ex 19:4 = Rev 12:14). Hope this helps)

Another reason that faith will tie in greatly is that, most likely, the instructions of the three angels will be spoken to people not by the three angels themselves, but by humans; prophets. This probably sounds ridiculous at first but if you read the passage carefully you'll note that it never quite says that the angels themselves do the preaching of their own messages (Rev 14:6). It simply says they "have" the messages to be preached. This leaves room for someone else to do the preaching. This phrasing is good because it does not make the passage break with precedent for how angels are tasked by God in the Bible. Angels usually interface only with the righteous or small groups of the public. When God deals with the general public or nations, he uses men exclusively.

I think the answer to which men it will be this time is found, by no coincidence, in the verses immediately preceding (Rev 14:1-5). If you ever wondered who the 144,000 are and why they are given such special protection so that the Beast's forces cannot touch them, this would answer that. Their message of warning must go out without encumbrance to counteract the powerful dragnet that the Beast will be allowed to unleash on humanity. However, like all prophets before them, they are mere men and not as fearsome and compelling as an angel of light speaking before your eyes. People will be able to doubt and ignore the warnings and call to action of the 144,000 men.

It should not be hard for the reader to imagine how most Christians will scoff at even a real miracle-working Bible-conforming prophet sent by God telling people to "come out of Babylon" per the prophecies. Christians by nature rely on their pastors and other Christians to tell them what is right or what to do. They sincerely believe "all these churches can't be wrong." Thus, when most churches advise people to ignore the crazy prophet mesage to leave, and just stay "safe in Jesus" where they are and/or await the "pretrib rapture," it will be largely followed. They will not have the faith or guts to obey the command to leave early enough in order to avoid the mark.

Then, when they actually see the Abomination of Desolation (military takeover of Jerusalem and the Temple by the Antichrist) that they were warned would come, they will want to obey the "crazy" instructions they ignored years before. However, if they are not close to the location that God told them to move to, there will be no chance of them making it there in time before the Great Tribulation begins (30 days later).

The mark edict will soon be issued and they will be faced with the tough choice of option 1 or option 2. Option 3, of mark evasion, will have expired.

What To Do Today To Escape the Mark
Clearly, every believer prefers to avoid ending up in that no-win situation of having to choose between martyrdom and markdom. We all want choice 3; neither. To have that option, the challenge at that point of no return will be in having the discernment to recognize which way God is leading; "should I stay or should I go?" Even if you do recognize the truth spoken by God's prophets on leaving, you will also need the faith to go ahead with the minority in following such radical and hard instructions.

The question, then, is how do we develop the faith and boldness needed to take the hard early action required to avoid the mark? Jesus gave us the clearest advice I know:

Luke 18:8 (HCSB) I tell you that He will swiftly grant them justice. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find that faith on earth?

Luke 17:5-6 (HCSB) 5 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” 6 “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed,” the Lord said, “you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.

Luke 21:36 (ESV) But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
Ever notice that nowhere in the Gospels can you find Jesus directly answering the question of how one increases their faith? I was frustrated at that for a while when I was wanting more faith, like the apostles. Finally, I realized that the Bible gives us the answer elsewhere and everywhere.

In the many stories of the Bible we see God's servants walking prayerfully with him through hardships and learning several things in the process. They learn how to recognize his hand leading. This normally does not consist of voices, dreams, and visions, but of coincidences or "God-incidences" or "open doors" (Rev 3:8, 20) and "closed doors" (Rev 3:7). They learn what he is likely to to do or lead us to do and what he is not likely to do nor lead us to do. They learn how to trust him when the situation looks like he has abandoned them and just wait in patience and peace until the clear direction come to act, if any action is required. In other words, they learn faith and how to act on it.

If you pray daily about having faith and strength as Jesus instructed, then you can be sure that God will hear that prayer according to his will. In response, he will direct you just as he did the servants in the Bible who wanted the same thing. You will be put in sometimes uncomfortable situations like they were which require you to be bold and radical at times, and to be inactive or meek at other times; the whole gamut. This will prepare you for all situations including the coming crisis of decision over leaving your home country early enough to escape the Mark of the Beast.

Conclusion
The Mark of the Beast is going to be far more irresistible than most Christians can imagine. But to get distracted today with trying to figure out exactly what it is in advance is not the solution to the problem of the mark. Even if you did figure that out, it would do you no good. If you see the mark, it will already be too late to escape it with your life intact.

The proper escape will instead require faith and proactive, radical action. Unfortunately, as Jesus insinuated, faith will be a rare trait in the end times (Lk 18:cool. Further, you do not learn bold and radical action by just going to church every Sunday and listening to your pastor. The answer is to follow Jesus' advice to stay awake and to pray daily for strength to escape what is coming (Lk 21:36). God will be sure to answer that prayer by guiding your life so that you get the experiences and information which will develop the faith and radical streak you will need when the time comes. What's more, these two things will help you to serve God and shine your light even better every day along the way, just like the faithful maverick Jesus did.

^^ I know. But it's still not good to hear news of people being deceived.
Same way God knows when everyone will sin, but still isn't happy when they do.

If news of people being deceived pleases you (bcus u know it is the endtime), then you probably need to check your heart.  smiley
How do u mean pleases me? I dont find pleasure in seeing other people in pains or so.
The Prophecy in question may be true if not for the way the prophet Presented it.
We doubt prophecy this days becos of this kind of prophecy asking for money before we be save.

We read in the bible how God called Lot to live Barbylon, Noah and the Ark,. Etc, These are prophecies many people those days ignored but they that didnt ignored it were saved. My point is that, if a prophet says God sent him to deliver a msg, he
will not ask the people to pay, and even ranking their payment option. If this is true, becos the media can lie alot, then the
prophecy is said to be Fake/faulse. Of Course God can use someone to sound warning if he wants.
But there is the bible to validate a prophecy like this one.

To add, did he call on the entire world or just the Ghananians only?? I didnt find this yet.

As much as I don't agree with some things in the catholic church, I will say they got some things right. . . and that is REGULATION. Nowadays in the pentecostal cycle, any hobo tired of soaking garri without groundnut can just grab a bible one day and call himself a MOG, without having to join any formal body or pass through any validation or answer to any higher council. The result is the spewing forth of rubbish such as this.
If this things didnt happen, how will the scripture com to fulfillment?
Signs of the coming of Jesus Christ, they are just signs pronouncing the endtime.
we were taught about the signs, but was not told a specific date.
