Instead of building, saving up & buying already built can save lots of headache in Lagos. You know when people need money badly, they sell off well below market value .

I learnt that when on travel where there is no water, they can use sand to wash their private part after urinating. Do women too put sand in their private part? Look at islamic neatness!
