Not to beleaguer the point but tolerance is cyclical, it gets better and gets worse usually in phases. After a period of heavy tolerance, events occur that cause the trend to reverse and people become less tolerant again. Bias is something that cannot be forgotten because it is rooted in the own group preference that everyone has. It can be suppressed but not forgotten

Right now the west in the midst of a movement called 'multi-culturalism' so things seem to be getting better, but that does not mean this will last forever. Events will occur (i predict economic) that will cause an upsurge in nationalism and much of this so called progress will be eroded. You can see the beginings of this in the right wings groups of Europe and the exponential growth of white sepratist groups in America.

The problem is most black people, yourself included, are sitting waiting for white people to repress their own group preferences... this is what i called "looking for acceptance"

Just about every race on earth has an aversion to their women sleeping with black men,thats because black people are universally considered to be inferior. But on the flip side there are many races that openly support, or don't mind, their women getting with white men... this is simply because white ppl are unconsciously considered superior by many ethnic groups, blacks included.

The few groups that consider themselves superior to whites (Jews for instance) generally don't approve of their women dealing with white men. Religious 'superiority' is also a factor in this.

like i said earlier its not always caused by 'racism' but is a natural human instinct. Self preservation. Even if race has no biological support you cant deny that it is human nature to group people into units based on observable characteristics, and then in turn develop an own group preference to those who display the characteristics most similar to yours.

This has been proven by the scientific method so you really cant debate it.

Think about every other ethnic group, even the most tolerant ones like modern white Americans. They are not KKK members but they still have an aversion to white women who have dated black men no matter how tolerant they may be towards black people. Instincts that aided human development a millenia ago will always resurface, because they are not controlled by logic.

Now think about the instances when these instincts become repressed, and you will see that it is usually caused by oppression, and the oppressed group internalizing inferiorty. In the case of black Africans a lack of racial pride, that you often like to expressed by repudiating the whole idea of race as a concept or seeking to destroy these instincts in other races. both sides of the same coin
