Facilitate not bribe right? And what is the tax payers money ment for? Incase you have forgotten let me remind you that the Motto of the Nigerian police is to Serve and Protect. See all this only happens in Nigeria and it shouldn't be encouraged.

People need to be properly orientated. These officers who will carry out this investigations will not spend their salary in carrying out activities. They will require to get call logs of every number that has been used in contact the kidnaped persons family, MTN/airtel/glo/etisalat won't just give it to them without court order and these court orders aren't signed for free just as getting does calls logs arent either. They'll need a tracker to track and detect the locations of these criminals. Other processes are involved and I could go on and on explaining.

If you have a case with the police and it's as sensitive as a kidnap case, you'll be prepared to spend money for police activities, period.

You sound like a police man or related to one. And i can't believe that you just justified collecting Bribe so as to facilitate releaseing a kidnapped person. Haven't that family gone tru enough? I want to believe that not all police men/women act this way.

4) Money- believe it or not Most relationship are built on the money 'foundation' people tend to look for what they will stand to benefit in terms of cash not minding if the relationship will be healthy for them or not.
5) Guilt driven-feeling sorry for your partner mybe because they are going thru tough times and you see all the signs they are using you but you still ignore.
6) FEAR driven- This is most common among women especially the married ones, most times they the fear of what people will say or think about them. Some get 'stuck' when children are already involved even despite the abuse,pains and sufferings.
7) Class driven- most times people go into relationships like this because they want to 'secure' their Future, most often than not one or both parties do it to pay back a favour done to either parent irrespective of weather they are in love or not, and it sometimes ends up in failure.
