bukatyne: If you comprehended my post, you will note that I did not write that post from a personal POV

I thought feminism was about saying contrary to popular opinion, men and women are equal.

So what's your problem with feminism if you think men and women are equal?
Men and women are absolutely equal.

But if you think that is what feminism is about in 2013 you must live under a rock. Feminism is a victim-hood group. It uses fear and innacurate statistics to push a never ending oppression narrative that ends up hurting the people its supposed to protect.

This might surpprise you, but i am not opposed to the effects of feminism one bit... it doesnt affect me. My only issue is the false statistics and historical lies yall tell about the world.
CultureRe: Complaints And Notice Thread. Be Serious! by pleep(m):
You guys are fukin pathetic.

1. Last time i checked, creating a profile whose sole purpose was to racially insult a race was a ban-able offense.

2. Last time i checked, making an alt account was a ban-able offense.

3. Last time i checked, insulting people personally, posting their pictures and instigating "tribalism" were all bann-able offenses.

These are all things I and other posters have been banned for, but this kid has been doing them scott-free for almost a year. At what point do you realize dude is a troll? Is Nairaland that desperate for users that it gives some no good aids-monkey from somalia 15 chances to reform?

It kinda reminds me how yall have found all sorts of silly ways to censor the word 'joystick' but in 8 years of this sites existence you never got around to blocking the word: Nigger. Sounds appropriate actually, cuz you don't want to make somalia9's job any harder.
RomanceRe: Do I Still Stand A Chance? by pleep(m): 5:07pm On Jun 18, 2013
Kslib: @OP!! This thread is of no use if we don't know what you did.. If i recall correctly, your question is "if you still stand a chance".. Now,how are we going to know if you stand a chance if we dont know the crime..
The fact that you dont even want to mention what you did clearly shows the kind of person you are.. Better tell us so we can help cos your clock is ticking.. What have you done that other girls haven't? Wait a minute, did you have sex with an animal? Oh,some girls have done it before..
she just wants the attention

^ for goodness sake just stop.

Stop whining, complaing and wallowing in eternal victimhood. Unless someone has erected a physical barrier to your success, you have no one to blame for your failure but yourself. The guys who bash women on the internet have a reason to do so... if you want to stop those men you would stop your behavior

No one just wakes up and starts bashing Nigerian women over-night.

Check yourselves and stop pushing the blame for every bad thing you do on someone else. I cant speak for Nigeria, but in America girls are encouraged to think they are more than equal to men. Just look at the commercials on TV, the female is smart the male is dumb.... There are a million scholarships grants and organizatons designed to make women succeed, and a million female role models to look up too.

And they still spew feminist nonsense

.... If after all that, you still believe you are inferior it is because you are.
CultureRe: Complaints And Notice Thread. Be Serious! by pleep(m): 3:29am On Jun 18, 2013
basra: hi, plz unban somalia9 and pirate 1, dont be easily influenced by the crowd mentality, you are a moderator, use reason and logic.

Have you not seen pleep and his anti somali rhetric
This is somalia9. ban him for making an alt account

... thats what you would do if it was anyone else.
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 3:00am On Jun 18, 2013
To recap.

Only the most gullible and biased members of society will hold on to a belief as patently false as the wage gap discrimination myth.

CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 2:58am On Jun 18, 2013
^ Thats just the loosers way of accepting defeat, because she doesn't have the backbone to admit she is wrong
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 5:34pm On Jun 17, 2013
You are using the wage gap and false descrimination to cover for your own failures.
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 5:32pm On Jun 17, 2013
fellis: Take your trolling away from my thread
This is how i expected you to respond when everything you have posted has been proven patently false. Either rebut my post or leave me alone.

I have a question for you, do you even want women to progress? You feminists seem to have more loyalty to the ideals of "Eternal Female victimhood" than to the actual women you are supposed to be advocating for.

Another news headline that describes people like fells:

CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 5:25pm On Jun 17, 2013
As the article states; there are some individuals who are simply "married to the idea of female victimhood" and no amount of logic will change that.

What im wondering now, is why logicboy & wiegraf are so entrenched in this patently false ideology. Do you guys get some sort of sexual pleasure from pretending women are helpless?... does the idea of social parity make you fell uncomfortable or threatened?

Please explain it to me

^ Stop worrying about me and anony and worry about your arguement. Can you do that sweetcakes, or is it to difficult for you to stay on subject?

Why can you accept that a 8-20% difference in pay for women over men can be caused by factors other than discrimination, but you refuse to accept that logic when the genders are reversed.

Are u really that biased?
Nairaland GeneralRe: Feminism - Why Women In General (especially Black Women) Have Been Duped By It!! by pleep(m): 3:01pm On Jun 17, 2013
^ did she really say that? shocked

Omg, women of 2013 are sooooo fukked up!
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 2:40pm On Jun 17, 2013
Is this "discriminiation" huh Aren't you glad that men don't whine as much as you people do?

CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m):
Fellis you already debunked your own arguement... what are you carrying on now?

By your own admission, gaps as high as 15-20% in favor of women can be caused by things such as education, field and prior job experience, (as well as inevitable statistic differences) but you want to pretend that the a gap in favor of males cannot be caused by the same factors. You clearly have a vested interest in playing the victim... and thats all u are doing now

You mention that women above thirty do not benefit from the wage gap, well did you ever stop to consider that maybe women in that age group were not as educated as their male peers huh Do you think at all?

People with your mentality are not good for women at all. You actually are the ones keeping your gender back, by emphasizing weakness, state dependancy and this irrational idiotic fear that can do nothing but make girls loose confidence. All i know is that if i have a daughter i will keep her faaaaar away from your type.

You have lost this one fellis, and you know it, there is no glory is continuing past this point
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 6:40am On Jun 17, 2013
Logicboy03: I dont blame Fellis on this occasion. Thisis a strong issue for her probably and she is trying to educate this chauvinist pigs but they wont learn.

See how low Anony has gone- defending pleep who posted an article and made dubious claims about since he didnt even read it in whole. He only read the part that he thought supported his argument.
Every word of that article supported my arguement.

Urban women earn more than men for the same reason that "less urban" men earn more than women, neither gap is caused by discrimination. It is statistically imposible for the pay between the 2 genders to be absolutely identical. There is no reason to feel so threatend by this information
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Gender Equality? If Yes/no, Why? by pleep(m): 6:39am On Jun 17, 2013
I seriously wonder what is wrong with you guys. The gender gap is almost universally considered disproven but here yall are defending it to the last drop of blood.

It just makes no sense, what dog do you guys have in this fight? What could you possibly gain from pretending that american women are oppressed in 2013?
Has any black girl asked you out? Maybe Nigerian girls are just being "shy"
Eh, its rare that a girl of any race asks a dude out.

For me what they will usually do is make really intense eye contact and wait for me to come talk to them. In the most extreme cases they will brush up next to me, or stand really close

A girl actually did that last night, but it creeped me out because i thought she was a prostititute. undecided

Mr anony: Beautifully said

The bold is an important point Fellis chooses to ignore

She has explained it by arguing that we should expect such results when there is a higher number of women with the right qualifications. Thereby proving that qualifications and not gender is actually what determines wages.
Its funny that this is exactly what we have been telling her for the last 5 pages, but she is only able to understand the concept when the 'victims' are males.

It just goes to prove what i was saying about female gender biases.
