i hope you talk to him. that's the kind of pple we have in nigeria now. dupers big time. they cheat you blindly. worst if they know you came from another country, from market women/men, leaders, all of them.

what is preventing nigeria from laying down the penalty for stealing and corruption?

Libya has comparable seaside to Morocco
