I am in the bid to roof my house and I am constrained to weigh different options due to cost implication. the cost I got for my roof design including facial wall for the roof is about 2m. However, I started thinking about flat roof designs may be it will be cheaper and beautiful.

My questions,
1. What are the pros and cons of it in Nigeria?

It cost approx 5million with moderate finishings.

This game is one of my best this year. Just finished the “war of the chosen” DLC. Really amazing. Can’t wait for the long war 2 mod to be released for it. It’s a shame not many people this side of the continent play this game. It’s easily one of the best RTS games of all time

From your attached picture, we can deduce the german floor is reinforced. What about a german floor that is not reinforced, how do we place the staircase starter bars?

You dig the starter base for the staircase reinforcement and cast the base with concrete.
The depth and width are specified in the staircase section of the structural drawings of any building.

Four bedroom duplex + 4 unit of one bedroom flat.
It sits on a 50 ft x 100 ft plot of land with enough space for car park for both the duplex and flats.

In Niger state, same amount will give you 6 hectares of farmland. We are talking of land earmarked for agriculture and not for constructing buildings.
