PoliticsRe: Imagine Acn Without Fashola by PointB: 8:56pm On Oct 31, 2011

Nigerian politics is a cult of corrupt and backward minds with the main purpose of enslaving the common man.Corruption is their core tenet,in one way or the other,they all agreed to be corrupt and backward in different degrees and to ever remain loyal to the cult.

For fashola to stand behind tinubu and knowing fully well as a suppose reasonable person that tinubu is a prolific criminal is a testimony to the loyal of the cult creed to support evil at all cost.To be a gentleman and at the same time a criminal.

Or is tinubu blackmailing him in a case of if i go down,you go down too?
That is more like it. And if fasola does not cut his loss sooner than later, he may not have any shred of credibility to protect. Time waits for no man!

Some of the comments here are absolutilly amazing. Well as they say, you get the leader you deserve. I mean see how Nigerians are thinking, THIS IS WHY NIGERIA HAS NOT MOVE UP SINCE THE WESTERN LEADER DIE.

huh huh huh huh huh huh On students by sending them abroad  ?? when the state's uni is not up to scratch  huh

thank you

Is Imo state university in part of his jurisdiction ?  What of the other students in Imo huh What of those studing the same course as the students he sent abroad, should they not be give the same equal opportunity ?

WTF  What are you talking about

so those in Nigeria should not be empowered with knowledge abi. What of those in Imo state uni

Can you imagine angry

so what makes you think those selected few would do it right ? Think before you post

You give people equal opportunities then the best or the most intelligent would emerge as the leader not just the unintelligent lucky one. STOP POSTING STU.PID COMMENTS sad sad sad

he did noT INVEST IN THE YOUTHS OF IMO STATE BUT INVESTED 60 PEOPLE who he hand picked

You are speaking like a typical Nigerian Leader and that is why we are still in the quagmire in Nigeria.

Investing in the Youth of Imo is Making Imo state uni the best Uni in Nigeria not just sending 60 out of millions of Imo youths to USA. I mean come on

Who is this Ideeiot huh huh I think Roacha should invest his resources on SE Youths because majority of them there IQ is why below average with what I am seeing.

Of course it is you that saw tribalism in this, Why no think before posting. MUMU undecided

Of course Amosun needs to look to this but we are talking of Imo here more over Ndu chuks and I are NOT YORUBAS so you 2 should stop this your fixation on Tribalism and focus on the topic.

How  huh huh huh huh huh huh huh

60 Youths = Whole Imo Youths huh huh huh

Did we not frown to this, Moreover amnesty is different from hand picking youths
I think you should just shut your trap, because you know next to nothing about education and human development. Rochas has decided to take education to the next level with the Student Exchange Programme. Every right thinking individual will encourage their leaders to pay more attention, not just to the quantity but also the quality of education.

This a state governor who declared:

“A mind is a great thing to waste”. Indeed, a child’s right to education cannot be denied irrespective of background. Education is the greatest gift any responsible government can give to the society.
http://imostate.blog.com/2011/09/27/refresher-manifesto-of-his-excellency-governor-rochas-okorocha/

He has taken the right step in pursuing his agenda, while others are still to understand what they signed up for.  I also think that, this is what governors in the Northern part of the country should emulate. But then, taking the donkey to the stream is far different from getting it to drink water.

Btw Ahj Harem, your attempt to tarnish Rochas because of your preference for Sanusi Lamido in 2015 is well documented, so don't come here pretending as if you are an unbiased observer. Your sly and cun is very well noted.

I totally understand your point, in fact, I agree with you.
But we must get familiar with the history of these two individuals and understand that Fashola is in a very fragile and tough position. With confidence I believe Fashola will get his freedom in a very short time.

One man can not continue to stop the rain forever, it is a matter of time and the Flood gate with experience a downpour that can not be stopped.

Tinubu will fall very soon.
What kind of confidence does it a man like need Fashola to renounce evil, ask Lagosians for forgiveness and understanding? If you ask me, I'll say fashola is in cahoot with Tinubu. They are in the same boat - Fashola is the human face of a rascally thief - a smokescreen. He's had enough time and goodwill to make his stand.

If you call this a distraction, then what do you call your own blatant and disgraceful manner in which you refused to admit the inadequacies of the governor of your state? abeg make we hear word - there is no list forthcoming.

@PointB, so you are this brilliant? One wouldn't have guessed. atosiloli.
Quit prancing, you are cornered. Let's have the list, my enlightened aboki.
The list, please!

Governor Fashola is a leader all Nigerians should support regardless of the party we may belong to.
If he renounces his thieving partners, perhaps then we can begin to see him in a different light. The laws somethings is wont to associate a thief and his accomplices. For aiding and abetting Tinubu criminal ventures, I see no difference between both of them - Fashola and tinubu are both thieves, and do not deserve our sympathy, let alone support!

If you've been a good student of NL you would have realized that my text to Onlytruth above is tantamount to "terms of endearment". That boy's skin is thicker than a 3month old Kpomo. Oga give us the list, and stop grasping for straws like a drowning man! You said categorical that
we must first kill the 8,000 - 11,000 most powerful and richest Nigrians who hail from every part of th country and benefit from the status quo
why is so difficult for you to mention some of this people?

Why are you running scared? undecided undecided huh angry sad

Good if a million student at home would not be neglected. 60 bright minds lifting the state up on progress while a million draging it down would definitely be counterproductive.
In real life, millions look up to a few.

Obama, GEJ, even a despot like Buhari, and a rascal like Tinubu are all looked up to by millions. Thats how things work in real life. So no big deal, if selected few are given more exposure, than average exposure for all and sundry.

Anything good in him sending people to USA and on 7000$$ allowance, while our schools and training centres in Nigeria are left in ruins?
There is nothing wrong either in sending a few hand-picked people to enjoy the benefit of better education in advanced clime. Would you rather he sponsor politicians on Hajj/Pilgrimage? Beside, why do you lose sight of the fact that Rochas Foundation had done similar thing ere he became Governor, or the fact that this move is
in conjunction with an international organisation, Centre for Energy Environmental Engineering, University of Maryland, USA.

Lol! I now understand why you hid the link originally. Quoting from Osun Defender is like quoting from Ovation magazine! You can do better, Gbawe. Seriously.

The question of what has been done with the 129billion received in the past 11 months still remains totally unanswered. and please don't bring up how Aregbesola "bought" 40 wagons and coaches for the federal govt to run on the railway lines or any of Aregbesola's other high stories. Thank you.
lmao.

Anyway, I wont be surprised if Gbawe is the editor Osun Defender! Cos, it sound more like AregbeRascal Defender! grin grin grin

Was Buhari not part pf the military adventurists that brought us to this state? We might as well not call IBB, Abacha, Obj, and GEJ.

Does anyone bother sticking to the topic these days? Na wa OOO . I don't know how this became about Tinubu.

@Topic.

Of course Jonathan has behaved dictatorially on several ocassion. Only his blind apologists will fail to see that. His closest mentors are OBJ and Anenih. What shall we expect when those type of "do or die" dinosaurs dispense advice to a man who has never acted as if he has his own mind or an understanding of politics in the modern era like his peers worldwide?
You mean by imposing candidates on the electorates, with total disregard to internal democracy? You must be mistaking Tinubu for GEJ

As always you would prefer to dodge the question and pretend to be detribalised but we know better. lol.
You first called for mass culling (killing) of thousands of owners of Nigeria, and then set out to exclude one of the prime suspects because he is from your North! So, I double dare you to make up the list of those owners of Nigeria as challenged by Beaf.

I also laugh when you say that Nigerians who have never been outside of their own region should not be trusted with Nigerian presidency. How many years did Tafawa Balewa, Gowon, Murtala, Shagari,Buhari, IBB, Abacha and Adulsalami spend outside of Northern Nigeria before they became Nigerian president?  huh Ironically, the only Southerners who has led Nigeria all speak Hausa fluently. Can any of your Northern presidents speak Igbo?  huh
In education, your region makes us look like Somalia, and yet want to produce presidents, when we have people who can lead first world countries in Southern Nigeria. You see how dishonest you are?

So I ask you again, who do you plan to kill for Nigeria to move forward?
Don't mind that pretentious Ndu_chucks.

He simply want to eliminate successful and honest working southerners in the name of eliminating the owners of Nigeria, yet when you mentioned Buhari, he balked. Is Buhari not part of the past presidents of Nigeria who have brought the mess upon us? Did he not at some point in his checkered lifes, have his hands dripping in oil, and blood? Ndu_chucks is a bigot as they come, if you ask me.

@Ndu_chucks.

I also join in challenging you to draw up this list of owners of Nigeria, that should be summarily executed.
PoliticsRe: Six New States For A New Nigeria by PointB: 7:46pm On Oct 30, 2011
@Afam
when ndu_chucks confront you with his rag-tag army of almajiri to kill you because you are a billionaire do u think he will care to find out how u made your money? I advise you reflect careful before endorsing any blood suckers agenda.

@Ndu_chucks
indeed i might be daft and olodo, but i won't be participating in your blood letting agenda which will be another excuse to rob southerners especially igbos and yoruba of their legitimate possession in the name of fighting corruption. Who is going to compile the list of the people for summary execution? who will vet the list? And who is going to carry out this blood letting?

In any case, the revolution Nigeria needs is basically for your folks in the north to eradicate polio, reduce poverty and generally move up the human development index. This can only be achieved with serious attention to better education.

the memories of 1966-67,70 are still fresh. So if you want to pull the trigger you might as well pull it yourself and ensure your political and religious leaders are at the other end of the barrel. Down south savagery is not our core competence, my almajiri friend.

I feel sorry for all of you defending this guy. You want to play hard ball with the president of Nigeria and your state contributes nothing to the federation and you are already bankrupt? This is the dumbest move I have ever seen. If this guy was a manager in my company, he would be fired immediately because he sure is going to run the company down. In this case, he will run the state down. Now there is a ban on foreign loans. Let us see how he will survive. We are watching,
Don't mind them. When the guy loses the little access he has to the Presidency to lobby for his constituency, it is the same fellows that will come here and shout marginalization! This politics of US versus THEM is not only childish, but also responsible for so many unnecessary overheating of the polity!
