Former Vice President and Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar is not and would not enter any deal to cease his court case against Bola Tinubu at the U.S District Court, Northern District of Illinois, where he is demanding that the Chicago State University, CSU, authenticate the academic records of Tinubu.
Abubakar is a man of law and he is pursuing the U.S case not just for himself but for millions of Nigerians who deserve justice, who deserve to know the authenticity of the credentials of the man occupying the highest office in Nigeria. This is not a personal war against Tinubu. It is a war to ensure that integrity, honesty, sincerity, trustworthiness becomes the bedrock of our leadership selection. This is the only way, we can build a strong democracy, a solid economic foundation that can attract foreign investments, citizens trusts and believes, and an enduring legacy for generations to come.
Atiku Abubakar will see through the legal processes in the United States till the end. It is a no retreat, no surrender!

TINUBU SPENT FIVE YEARS IN U.S JAIL FOR NARCOTICS, CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Additional information has revealed that Bola Tinubu spent a combined five years in U.S Jail as Yekini Amoda Sangodele for the two times he went in for narcotic crimes and credit card fraud in the late 60s and early 1970s. He was thereafter deported to Nigeria, in what is documented in the FBI files, according to U.S sources.
Sangodele tried to return to the U.S but could not. He then got a Visa to Canada and re-entered the U.S from Canada and reconnected with his allies in Chicago where he continued his drug businesses. He changed his name to Bola Tinubu on his return to Chicago and has since kept the name.

Information reaching me few minutes ago has revealed that there exist an affidavit for a change of name signed by Bola Tinubu in the late 70’s. The affidavit sought to change his name from Amoda Yekini Sangodele to Bola Tinubu. The affidavit would surface soon!r.

In 1999, in an affidavit Bola Tinubu claimed he attended and graduated from Richard Daley College, 1969-1971 and then the University of Chicago with a Bsc in Economics from 1972-1976. And that he also attended and graduated from the Chicago State University from 1977-1979 with a degree in Business and Administration.

When University of Chicago disowned him, he stopped parading that credential and held on to Chicago state University. He no longer include the date he attended Richard Daley College formerly SouthWest College because the dates no longer add up after he took off the University of Chicago from his claims!

Normally I'd always advise Igbos who make their money from abroad never to invest in Lagos..even if you grew up in Lagos.
If you don't want to invest in the east, take your investment to Abuja. Never spend a dime of money you didn't make from Lagos in Lagos.

Why has Simon Ekpa not been extradited to Nigeria the manner Nnamdi Kalu was brought to Nigeria?
Ekpa is not struggling for restoration of Biafra. Nigeria's government knows this.
Nobody struggling for restoration of Biafra would go into killing security personnel in Igbo land. The IPOB has severally declared that it wants referendum. It has a motto of no violence.

The Nigeria government doesn't have a track record of respecting their the own laws or court. It will be difficult to extradite virtually anyone to Nigeria as they they could simply say that the Nigeria court is not independent. The manner Kanu was brought to Nigeria and subsequent mistrial is another evidence against Nigeria.

Good luck with trying to extradite Ekpa.

I am really glad this scandal is being escalated from every and any angle. A fraud should not be seating as a president of a nation that have suffered untold hardship under this hopeless criminals that kept recycling themselves in government with the connivance of these so called world powers.

I guess, this unfolding development will pique the psyche of an average American citizen and perhaps the US sitting government to pressurize the CSU University to come clean on this Tinubu’s certificate scandal issue

Deloitte is an Audit firm, one of the big 5. They have a reputation to protect, it doesn't serve them any good to be associated with a drug trafficker, no matter how highly placed. They have proven themselves are a reliable firm.

Deloitte truly deserves commendation and patronage by good people.
