Dollyak:I bet you'll do. It's a better option than peddling old data. |
Dollyak:There is nothing 2014 about your data obsolete . Read this conclusion and compare it with what pasted earlier. President JONATHAN has established an economic team that includes experienced and reputable members and has announced plans to increase transparency, diversify economic growth, and improve fiscal management. Lack of infrastructure and slow implementation of reforms are key impediments to growth. The government is working toward developing stronger public-private partnerships for roads, agriculture, and power. Nigeria's financial sector was hurt by the global financial and economic crises, but the Central Bank governor has taken measures to restructure and strengthen the sector to include imposing mandatory higher minimum capital requirements. |
Buhari should bring back the girls, or its a scam! |
In any case: GHANA Ghana’s economy is expected to slow down for the fourth consecutive year to an estimated 3.9% growth rate in 2015, owing to a severe energy crisis, unsustainable domestic and external debt burdens, and deteriorated macroeconomic and financial imbalances. Provisional gross domestic product (GDP) figures issued by Ghana Statistical Services (GSS) further suggest that the economy expanded by 4.2% in 2014, less than the growth of 7.3% recorded in 2013. The drivers of growth continue to be the service sectors, which constitute 50.2% of the economy, followed by industry and agriculture at 28.4% and 19.9% respectively. In 2016 the economy is expected to recover, registering a growth of around 6%, bolstered by an increase in oil and gas production, private sector investment, improved public infrastructure and the country’s political stability. Nonetheless, the prevailing low international oil prices could slow the pace of economic growthin the future. http://www.africaneconomicoutlook.org/en/country-notes/west-africa/ghana/ NIGERIA The economy has enjoyed sustained economic growth for a decade, with annual real GDP increasing by around 7%; it was 6.3% in 2014. The non-oil sector has been the main driver of growth, with services contributing about 57%, while manufacturing and agriculture, respectively contributed about 9% and 21%. The economy is thus diversifying and is becoming more services-oriented, in particular through retail and wholesale trade, real estate, information and communication. http://www.africaneconomicoutlook.org/en/country-notes/west-africa/nigeria/ Nigeria economy wins. Dollyak:How so? |
frankmoney:The best way to understand it is by looking at purchasing power. How much is a bottle of coke, a tin of Milk, a packet of sugar, etc in Cedi and in Naira? Then convert the figure in Cedi to Naira or vice versa. |

Is it just his age? How about his dinosaur brain, and his semi-literate status? Instead of him to concentrate on rearing his 150 cows, he want to steer Nigeria. I fitn't laff. Continue to stress yourself Duara dullard. ![]() |
Freemanan:Lame. ![]() |
@op, Am more concerned on why he's laughing like a mumu. Is it because he's a mere commissioner? www.nairaland.com/attachments/2522750_aaa_jpeg9483a0c356f014cf20d8a4575dfae2d7 Buhari is like: Yea, that's my boy! ![]() |
Freemanan:Same here. I pity the duara dullard. He talks, and talks, and talks more. Yet no real work is done! |
lol $5M. I thought they said $5B. Now that's more reasonable. $5B will fund a a large army for a major war. Such fund will not be given to combat these boko haram skirmishes. |
How about enforcing the existing laws and institutions?? Anyway just get to work Duara dullard, you talk too much! ![]() |
I hope they pull it off. Too many 'to' these days! |
niyi20:He's Biafran at heart. Nigeria only by compulsion. Death to Nigeria! ![]() God Bless Lower Niger! God Bless Biafra!! |
livingday:Who talking about hiding. There is no hiding from world war. But when you use (N980 Billion) to equip a task force, you can only be preparing for a major war! |
$5 Billion to train an anti-insurgency task force? hehehe I think smart US is recruiting Africans in a potential (or upcoming) war with Russia/China? I think war is coming... |
blessedbanky:I don't mind those ranting ants. ![]() Buhari is a confirmed dullard, their indignation is like fetching water with basket! |
dailywealth1967:But that's my point - emphasizing that the guy is a dullard who knows no better. I believe you have the right to your own points, as you have so made it by questioning my point. Be honest, what do you call the fellow who claim he had F9 in Maths and Woodwork? Such person is a dullard, bros, dullard! The good news is that he's better than an imbe/cile, which I'm beginning to suspect you are. I hope I'm wrong. ![]() |
Are the Chibok girls back? What concern her with AregbeRascal rascally ruination of Osun? Wetin concern agbero with overload? |
Justinah4real:Until then. Now we need the prominent duara dullard aka Buhari MumuMmadu to respond to the fire burning around Nigeria. The problem he was elected to prevent/solve! |
chesterlee:Perhaps, he's on his way to Uganda to visit Idi-Amin, that dullard and his dinosaur brain! ![]() |
The Duara dullard is fast losing the country! Nigeria's insecurity in getting worse by the day! Boko Haram continue their campaign with impunity, tankers are exploding across the country, herdsmen are fighting locals in Ekiti. And now this? Meanwhile what has the dullard been doing? He's been regaling us with incredible tales of his time-travel to "West Germany", where he met "President Michelle". Surprised he didn't ask her of Gorbachev and USSR! All these while the country is ran without ministers; without direction. |
dayo23:I suppose you are referring to Buhari, the Duara dullard. I believe 'fool' is his middle name. Do you share same middle name? ![]() |
Where is the duara dullard? What's he doing about this? Is he going to relocate the Navy Command and Control (if there is anything like that) to Calabar? ![]() |
We have heard Mr Commissioner; Stop talking and start fixing the problem, mumuish VP! ![]() |
Give the position to West Germany, Duara dullard! ![]() |
PStacks:You, stu/pid, sir, are on a long thing. I think you are the one who needs a life; a job! But first get your tongue off the butt of our semi-literate President - the prominent Duara dullard. ![]() |
PentiumPro:You know nothing Pentium. We now use CORE! Core i5, Core i7, Quad Core etc. You need massive upgrade just like our semi-literate President, who is still clutching on "West Germany" as you are clutching on to PentiumPro, when the world have long moved on! Are you two related? ![]() |
PStacks:Would it be okay then to called the President 'ugly monkey' as Obj was called, 'walking dead' ala Yar Adua, or 'clueless drunken fisherman' as GEJ was variously called? Surely, our new president must have a new name - Madman, One Chance, Duara Dullard, Semi-literate cattle herder, MumuNmadu, Snail Baba etc are all in the mix and gunning for greater acceptance. But one thing is certain, a trend for calling the President names has long being established. It was elevated to a culture during the time of GEJ, by the APC fans. Even the erudite Professor Wole Sonyika (a closet APC member), couldn't resist the temptation to get in the act with his combo of Sheppotamus and Nebuchadnezzar tag for the former first lady and president respectively. It's needless to mention Lai Mohammed, and El Rufia, whose vitriolic against the former president were common place in those days. Personally I think it would be unfair to deny PDP fans and GEJ supporters who couldn't get into the president bashing act then (for obvious reasons) the chance to let off steam by trying their favorite smear words on the incumbent. Those who sow wind, reap whirlwind, we know. Surely neither you nor Seun could stop them (us) from calling the President a dullard or madman. Seun can only deny them his platform at a cost, but he surely cannot deny them other platforms, let alone social media. Not by force as you recommended. Personally I don't think Buhari is a madman, but I sincerely believe he's a dullard; a semi-literate frail, senile man, who would have enjoyed life rearing his 150 cows across the length and breath of the country, clutching a koran in one hand, and a dagger in the other. How this dullard became my president surely should be "a subject for symposium discussion in the future" according to the immortal Fela Kuti! ![]() |
How do we expect someone who allegedly failed maths and woodwork do anything fast - whether simply or complex! ![]() Abeg Duara dullard, if you like take 4 years to study the hand-over notes, na you sabi! ![]() |
I just want a country I can die for, surely Nigeria is not such country. I love the the people of Nigeria, but Nigeria has failed our generation, we owe a better country to those who come after us. That country is not nigeria. Biafra for me perhaps! Now that's my choice, those who don't like my choice are free to make theirs! Only the most insecure will ascribe their tribalism to my choice. |
