Actually, I don't know much about the fuel economy of the 3MZ and 2GR on a sienna.

A lot of factors come into play here. If the sienna is powered by a 2GR on AWD system, it will likely take more fuel. Note that the fuel economy of these engines is dependent on the cars the engines are used in.

I have a 2004 Lexus ES330 with the 3MZ engine and I can confidently tell you it is more fuel efficient than a Toyota camry big daddy (04) with a 2AZ 4 cylinder engine and a Honda EOD 4 cylinder I once owned. I cannot complain when it comes to the fuel efficiency of the 3MZ.

I disagree also, owned 04 lex es 330 and currently 05 lex rx330…. Can u imagine the suv is far more fuel efficient than the salon es 330. Lexus ES 330 04 was a fuel guzzler , I don’t know about subsequent years though
