While states like Lagos and Akwa Ibom that share coast to the atlantic have mitigated the impact of flooding by investing heavily in large drainages in their past adminstrations and current Governors, past leaders of Anambra like Pa Obi invested money that should go for such vital infrastructures like giant drainages in a brewery owned by his family.
