Such opportunities still abound in Nigeria , especially on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. That N1 you don't consider is worth much more than you think by the time you invest and compound it. N1 is nothing to those without any financial literacy or have poor knowledge of value investing.

On civil service, any degree u entered with automatically becomes ur baseline degree, if u had any other higher degree apart from the one u entered with, it becomes null and void.
So the man used ssce to gain employment into police force, his bsc automatically becomes null n void.
Any other degree he had will just ne nullity unless na for cruise.
Either he apply for lecturing jobs in other institutions or he write officially for study leave. Once that is granted, he can then proceed to do his bsc.

Kidnappings was rife in abia state, students were abducted but in less than 2weeks, they were rescued. Those involved were apprehended and prosecuted. The AIG was drafted to relocate to abia state, this call was honoured unlike when buhari told the then IGP to relocate to benue state at the height of killings and destruction of properties in that state, he never heed the call and nothing happened to him. He saw thru his service year and was even extended after he retired.
Things weren't this bad under Gej, kaduna abuja road was free and devoid of kidnappings.
