mcjohny:If i come at odd times, he'll start acting right. No room for pilfering but how will i account for the hours that I'm unavailable? |

I recently started a business about two weeks ago and because of my schedule, i hired someone to manage it for me. Can't be at two places at once. So, I hired a lanky teenager that radiates humility and zeal for the job and since the business started, I have not been hitting the desired target. I was getting frustrated already but i kept consoling myself that maybe the word has not yet gone around about the business. So yesterday, i decided to spend a whole day at the business and lo and behold, I made a lot of money that day. Obviously, the boy was eating my money. I have no problems with my staff taking money out for lunch but this guy was slashing my money by half. Imagine the greed! And I pay him above minimum wage and told him to take Sundays off. But the guy comes to work on Sundays and works till late. AT first, I was happy with his work ethic but now, i realize that this guy is working for his own half. And he swore with his life that he's not eating my money. The next course of action is to fire him but how can i prevent this embezzlement from going on with the next guy I hire? The nature of business is a game lounge. I'll be grateful for any advice I can get here. |
Hey guys. What's the average price of a 32 inch television in Lagos? New one and Tokunbo. |

Maiduguri! You can view the ruins of the old Kanem Bornu empire. If you're feeling adventurous, you could take a breathtaking safari across the Sambissa Game Reserve! The place is littered with exotic animals, dead bodies and hidden mines. A good tour guide would charge you less than $100 for the thrill. You can visit Biu plateau. I hear it was an active volcano about a thousand years ago. You can make your way to the top and have a picnic there while watching soldiers battle the terrorists. There's a way the bullets and RPGs paint the orange sky at dusk that words can't explain. Don't forget to visit the Shehu of Borno's palace and go fishing in Lake Tilla.. Watch out for the crocodiles there |
Knox123:Stop it and move on. |

greggng:It's called a death erection, angel lust or terminal erection. It's actually a common occurrence when a guy dies violently.. Like hanging or a gun shot to the head. It's caused by pressure to the cerebellum in the brain. In women, the labia becomes engorged and blood might flow out of the vagina. A fairly common sight amongst executioners in prisons. |
Drug or no drug.. Joshua's going to remove his head from his neck! |

I thought so too. My doctor friend said it's not because in Parkinson's the tremors occur even when your hands are at rest. And I do not fall in the age bracket where Parkinsons usually begins. MrNipplesLover: |
Hello.. For about a month, I've experienced tremors on my hands and fingers. The shaking is always present all the time unless my hands are at rest or asleep. Doing stuff that requires fine motor skills has been a hassle as the tremors gets worse. A doctor said it might be anxiety and he recommended Diazepam (Valium). The Valium helps and reduces the tremors to a minimum but I read about the addictive nature of Diazepam and so, I don't want to get hooked on it. I try to be calm.. But seeing the tremors makes me worried. I first noticed the tremors when I was a teenager but then it came only when I was called upon to give a speech or do a performance but right now, the shakes are there irrespective of how calm I am. The tremors make me nervous around people because they'll always point it out and say, " Hey why are your hands shaking?" So, any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you |

Met quite a few over the years but one guy stood out from them all. He used to come late to class and seat at the back with his bottle of coke. Later found out it was no ordinary coke. The dude was perpetually high with a stash of weed in his sling bag. I quickly wrote him off as someone with below average intelligence. That perception changed the day I came late to class and had to seat with him at the back of the class. I watched him sipping his bottle of coke and jotting with his ugly handwriting. Then the lecturer threw a couple of questions at the class and this guy mumbled the answers to himself. It piqued my interest. I said hello and asked him why he didn't raise his hand to answer the question. He gave a vague reply. Another question was thrown, he mumbled the answer and I quickly raised my hand and blurted out the answer. The lecturer was really impressed. Apparently, even the Masters students didn't know the answer. I became close friends with this unassuming genius. He knew all the countries, their capitals, and currencies. He was a savant in football. He knew the names of clubs in Europe and the names of their stadiums. He could tell you who came in third in the Balon d'or in 2001 or who finished 15th in the Bundesliga in 2007 |
Mike Tyson got married at 21. What's wrong with y'all. He's really 20. |
OK.. probably comes from the English word oll Korreckt.. it was popularised during the period in American history when it was cool to abbreviate words probably due to telegram as a means of communication. Rumour has it that it began among the fraternities in American universities and most newspapers started using the word OK to make catchy headlines It became a household word when a US Presidential aspirant used the word as a campaign slogan. |

The clergy and politics should never mix. You cannot wear a white robe and fight over yam and oil and expect not to get stained. |
I hope the meeting won't be annulled. |
