Come to Ikeja Cantonment and see for yourself. Renovation that was supposed to take just fewer months is now taking up to a year. Soldiers and their families together with their belongings are littered every where without accommodations Sleeping outside in in sun, rain and cold because they had to vacate their apartment for renovation.
