The government too must be held responsible cos we all saw their tactics when they started deploying thugs, there is evidence for this. They also escalated things by killing their own people. But for now the burning and looting must be stopped cos criminals are on the loose already.

You can actually get your phone back but it will cost you lot of money to do that, all you need is your phone IMEI number, you will need a police report also, now all you need to do is this, go to the police, report the incident and tell them that you are ready to get your phone back, you will be ask to pay some money and a police report would be given to you, the police will swing into action by engaging the mobile network provider with your IMEI number and a valid police report to track your phone, your phone would be traced via the provided IMEI number, the new number using the phone would be identified and tracked down. Remember, if your phone isn't that costly, I see no reason you should spend a whole lot of money to get your phone back.
