3. Park safely off the road, get a mech to check the throttle cable and change it.

There's a lot to that boss... it is best to scan the car as Sam says, it may also be fluid or sensor/solenoid. I want to be 70% sure it is from the transmission.

The best way to get to such kind of person if at fault is to frustrate life out of her number. Drop her number and let her phone keep blowing hot from different calls. Some of them are still lost in this euphoria that they can ruin a driver life with their ratingm

When a rider try the rating sh*t with me. I call his or her bluff off, made them to understand 1765 trips with a rating of 4.9 is enough to tell. You are having 56 trips with 3.6 rating tells your kind of person. I am not your problem, try and fix yourself. Them go just off straight

Wrt to Vaselinecrew, they are 3 sides to a story... I have seen how mean people can be, but this kind of rider starts with her rating and number of completed trips. There's a lady I used or might still pick inside omole phase 2. She's the fanzing type, said so cos I've lost count of the number of times I've picked her and we both still form official and act like we've never seen each other before. During the period when Berger traffic used to be tick, we had serious argument on where to take and I stood my ground. She was just on phone reporting the driver to her friends, I didn't take it personal because I knew she wasn't like that, maybe that morning just got her best, but that marked the last time I pick her trip.

If I see a rider with 4.5 upwards with like 30 trips acting up, I tend to soft on them, something maybe wrong. You see 3. With 15 trips downwards, nah to be careful around them or don't pick such trip.

Rider have this way of thinking drivers should understand, it all depend on the person you meet. For example: a rider will book a ride on Indriver and next thing she will request to pick someone or get a food off route. She will be the first to say I'll add to it don't worry. I do a lot of blind trips, but it comes with understanding. 2 weeks ago, I picked a guy from Opebi road about, going to Adola Odeku, my target was 15k for the day (Obinoral close eyes biko). We got to place, he told me to chill, I'll take him to chevron and I'm like this is Indriver, hope he knows. His words were I'll compensate you. In my mind, compensate! OK!! Let's see. Took him to chevron and back to Presken phase 1, then to Awolowo Rd and back to Adeola Odeku. He asked what's his bill like? Nah d target I just need for my head 16k pop and he ask won't I discount atall. Told him to do 15k, let's just close deal like that and that's it.

But some riders will freak out while asking for favour, make you to understand if they won't eat or don't you eat. Now, this is not the base of the subject. The point here is rider booking an enticing trip all because she knew getting a trip to her destination will suffer delay or no willing driver. I have been in that position during my Bolt days. If the environment is friendly enough, I mean PU, sorry I am ain't going and if it is not friendly, I'll drive to a safe spot. Trust boss, I can be stubborn if I want too, it is almost impossible to get to do what I don't what to do regardless. Ask Shollywendy car won't work... couple of time I've put car in park and the rest is story, when rider is ready she will book another ride.

Mushin may be code red, but not all the zanga. Do you know the general hospital side is Mushin? And they are just two persons in the car? Find a safe spot, pull over and make rider understand what's on the app and how the owner of the car is tracking every of your move. So going off track will generate issues for you.

I set last destination trip around 9pm and got trip going to Isaac John, Ikeja from Oduduwa street, Mushin. After 10inutes wait time, she got in and I started trip but I dnt check destination again since I saw Ikeja. At Fatai Atere junction, with Google map navigation, I noticed she has changed destination to a short distance of 2km, also In Mushin. Asked why she dnt notify me before she did, she apologized she just want to quickly drop something, that she will change destination afterwards. Got there, she went in, 2 minutes later, she called I should end trip and send account details. I was so furious because she actually played me. I drove out of the street, ignored her calls and texts, later sent account details but refused to end trip, driving towards Ikeja. She later sent 1.3k. At Ikeja along, I felt bad and I ended trip and it was 1.9k. but I was so annoyed,not because of the money but because she actually played on my intelligence. She was actually going to the later destination and not the former, it affected my destination trip. What will anyone here would have done? Either you are Ant, hoodlum, Ikejamanism, rookie, new bee etc.

There's actually nothing to do, but accept fate. Next time when riders ask for such, pull over and ask them to get down from your car. If they want to be a nuisance, b ready to follow suit. Make them understand there is a reason why they have stop over indication.

Nigerians hardly sell thier cars if it is not giving them issues, except relatively few.

Muscle seem to consume gas than coro and in place of AC fixing, price comparison need to be in the know too. I just feel those that drive coro kind of have peace of mind more, maybe it is just a false belief.

Hopefully someday... but working class don't delay, except in some cases where some want to book cheap price before 5. Olosho pays better anyway. The one that irritates me the most are the ones that will put low price while trying to take their bath. I don't even bother about those set of people, when they are ready, I know they will put reasonable price.

See! If you have 1.5m right now and that's all you have. Find 200k anyhow u can, I know it may now be easy. Beg friends, beg relative. Just try and get it how you can. I want to believe you can get a corolla with nothing or almost nothing to fix for 1.7m. Within 2 months if you truly know what you are doing with alternative life drama, you will clear that debt and have your car.

2018/19 when civic 04 is being sold for 1m, corolla naija used is been sold for 1.2/1.3m. Those that bought their corolla that year will be putting 1.6m on car they have been using same year. You can't say same for civic or any other brand of car. Do the maths... I am not saying we don't have other cheap cars, but some of us are mechanic like this by virtue of cheap cars. I so dislike Bishop with all my being, but situation kept magneting me to him. Now is Odogwu Roger!
