Cheers people. I would like to list out the ten things u don't need to do while choosing a life partner. 1.beauty, don't marry because he or she is beautiful or handsome. This is important because,beauty fades and when it fades, the lov u hv for him or her will dwindle as well. 2. Wealth. Jst like I said about beauty, you don't need to marry because he or she is wealthy. Wealth can come and wealth can also go. And when it eventually goes, that marriage will become hell on earth. 3.living lovers. You don't need to pack your things and start living with your spouse when nothing has been done. This will make him or her get use to you and the whole thing will be come bored.he needs to miss you atimes and u need to miss him. That's when the emotional and psychological chord is built. 4. Pitty. Don't marry out of pitty or simpathy, "I've dated this guy or this babe for long, if I don't marry him or her, it will be as if I'm wicked"or " let me jst marry her just to help her or her family" NO! Pls don't. 5.desperation. Don't be desperate to marry. Either because all your mates are getting married, as a result, you also want to get married. Please note this; don't jump in so that you will not jump out. 6. Sex. Don't marry because he or she is like a tiger or tgeress in bed. Time shall come when that zeal for sex will no longer be flowing like before. 7.imposition. "My mum wants me to marry her, let me do cos if I don't, my mum won't be happy. Pls I said, DON'T. Instead, find a way to let your mum see reasons with you. 8.family affairs. Don't marry him or her because " we're family friends, let me marry him or her in order to keep the existing relationship between the both families going. 9.status. Don't marry him or her cos he or she suits your status. "I'm a prince and she is a princess, let me marry him or her cos it'll suit. 10.privilage. Don't see marrying him or her as an opporturnity to gain that which u've been looking for. This happens to guys out side the shores of the country."Let me marry him or her so as to get my card". But, marry him or her because of luv. When every other thing can go, the luv can not go and that is what will sustain and bind the marriage till death calls.

Happy new year to you all! I would like to use this medium to refute this general belief that formal education is a key way to success. Pals, you will agree with me that most of the successful men and women we celebrate today world wide did not even acquire much education let alone obtaining masters and so on. John mikel obi,C Ronaldo,Aliko Dangote,2 face Idibia,snoop lion and even the Chiness that design most of the gatdet we use today didn't jst get there through their academic prowess. I have seen a situation where some boys who came to do apprentice with their master end up becoming business moguls while those who read business admistrations, management and marketing can not even see their business pass through a second year and it dies off. Not that I am advocating for formal educational negregence. The basic thing is this, one needs to discover that which God deposits in once life which diffrentiates him or her from others, which I call uniqueness while others call it talent. This is what will make you to stand out. Many a person are making their living today, not from what they even read at school. Education can be acquired but (uniqueness) talent is in you. And it is untill you discover it and unleash it, you are not fufilled.

Hi ladies n gentle men, most times I respect the interlect of NL, that's what prompted me to become a member and be following the trend. But most times, I read some post that make me have a re think. I salute u all peeps, I'm a fervent practical christian but I'm also midful on other religions like Islam,Hindu,african traditional belief and so on.Our preachers and teachers will always inculcate, doctrinize us that our religion is the best religion, this happens in Christianity and Islamic as well. In most occassions, I've seen a muslim turned christian and a christian turned muslim. Their are couple of quotations in the Bible that connotes the Quran. My qestion will always be this; as a christian, your in this part of the world, had it been your parents are from Tokyo or Mosco, and you were born and brought up their, would u have been a christian? This is how u would have been beleiving that the religion you practice their is the best religion. Had it been Buhari's parent are from Anambra state and he was also born and brought in in Anambra state, do u think he would have been a muslim, I come to understand that most times, your habitation determines your religion. So therefore, why all this religion chauvinism. After all, the bedrock for making heaven is not through the group you belong to but your personal affairs with your creator.

Happy xmass and joyous new year folks. Here, I'm bringing to u, my three universal Bs in a woman in their order of importance. (1) Brain, I actually cherish any young woman with high intelligent, I detaste "dull brains" to be frank wt u all. Having a brainy woman as a wife will go a long way in paving way for a greater success in your home, her intelligent contributions in a crucial issues can pump up your set of mind in taking a right decision on a right time. I've heard in so many occassions where women lament that their men don't take into considerations their piece of advice, that they see them as women " weaker vessel" that they don't have any thing articulative to offer. Dear, what do u hv to do with an advice that is coming from a shallow mind? (2) my second B is beautiful, I must marry a beautiful woman, I dis agree with the school of thought who believes that beautiful ladies are always not faithful. Having a beautiful wife at home will make me even try to beat traffic rule by driving"wawawa" in order to beat traffic jam and rush down to the house to meet my queen. (3) Behaviour, in as much as much emphasis should be laid on the behaviour of your partner, a man having a wife with bad behaviour will be ending up at the bar close to his junction on daily basis, jst to make sure that before he comes in, she must have slept, if asked why ar u always late honey, he answers, " d hold up was some thing else" some might take this to be the no 1. Peeps, you might not believe this, I started liking draw soup (ogbolo soup) right from when I was very tender. I could recall most times when my parents take us to the village on xmass period, if any other soup like egwusi is cooked, my granny will take a plate n be going from one house to the other, in search of who cooked a draw soup cos her grand son, which is me, can't eat the egwusi soup. That was the good old days. I don't think one can repeat such again now cos den, their was nothing like being scared of your neighbour. I can eat a tastefull and nutrientfull ogbolo soup three times a day with out giving a damn. Later on in my life, I relocated to portharcourt, their is this popular soup by Akwa Ibomite called afam or okazi, peeps, the soup is very delicious that any "mama put" or resturant that does not have afam in Portharcourt is lacking behind. Even as I am writing this.. Afam soup is seriously battling with ogbolo soup which to catch my fancy. But I don't think their is any other soup that can relly catch my fancy like this draw soup. Which one is your best soup? Feel free to comment.

Cheers people. Why is it that when a child is born, the parents, family members,friends and well wishers will be extremly happy, thanking God. At th baby's tender age, his or her mother will be very proud of the baby claiming that the baby will take her to US, UK and so on, calling him or her sorts of names that attributes success. As a teen, ask him or her, what would u like to become in future? You will hear some things like, "I would like to be a lawyer, I would like to be a doctor, I would like to be an engineer, I would like to be a real estate agent, but at the end of the day, that baby will end up becoming a carpenter. Please folks, why is it so?
