It's a sad thing that you were refunded, simply put, you were robbed.

This is the major reason why pickers should not have WhatsApp groups. Everything should be here on NL, I'm disappointed in most of us that run to pickers just because we want to be in their good books. I'm sure if this picker had an active thread on NL, she for do normal but it's her WhatsApp group, everyone is at her mercy as such she can do and undo.

it will actually be a welcome idea if every picker can have their thread on nairaland for transparency and seriousness sake. Not all this hide and sick going-on on WhatsApp.

Not really chief.

The issue was sorted and there are whatsapp screenshots, dates & time stamps that goes to show the deal didn’t belong to him and he knows it.

No, he wasn’t robbed neither was he bullied into submission.

On Saturday 13/02/2021 I got 2 brand new AirPod pro tlc deals from @Joel17,
Items landed and I picked them up from omicpet 10/03/2021.
I sold one of the item same day.
The other item was sold on 17/03/2021, Buyer received the item and contacted me immediately that the AirPod pro is not connecting to his phone.
(Note: Item was sealed and there is no way I could have unsealed it to test it before selling).
I contacted @Joel17 immediately I told him about the latest development, he was reluctant to listen to me, I contacted some men I respect and they advice me to talk to him, he later agreed to refund me.
Today being 22/03/2021, I told him how far and he changed his mind that he can’t refund me again.
Please house help me talk to @Joel17.

According to you, you sold the boxed same day you picked it up, meaning you are left with the unsealed one for about a week and you didn’t test it?
After about a week plus, you contacted me that one of the Airpods is not working(connecting)
I asked you didn’t test it? You said yes because it was sealed and unsealing it would reduce the worth. Meanwhile you told me that you sold it same day you picked it up which is about a week ago(I guess you forgot you told me that)

I bought 2 Brand new never used AirPod pro, one was open box and the other one was without a box but the charging case was sealed.
I sold the open box same day and sold the other one without box few days later.
Buyer contacted me immediately that it’s not connecting, I sent @Joel17 video and everything, he was a bit reluctant to reason with me, I contacted you immediately to help me out, after a while you told me that @Joel17 “Seems like” he has agreed to make resolutions.
I got back to @Joel17 and he made little sense or rather was complying.
Today I get back to him and ask him how far and he said he can’t not refund me that he could have refunded me had it being I brought up the complain immediately I pick up from omic.
Note: I have chat evidence of every single transaction from the start to pickup to dispatch and every single details u need.
I never ever wish to drag issue with someone in Public but @Joel17 gave me the order to post this here.

I bought it for a customer, immediately he got it he complained it wasn’t connecting and sent a video. I’d to later get him a replacement, he also confirmed the case(not box) was sealed when you got it.

Boss, I believe you know Chelseamann isn’t in lag right?
That airpod was actually delivered to me and I told him Chelseamann I had no right to test it since it’s sealed.

And I remember telling the first buyer the same which he came and open the seal himself, tested before me and made payment


It was from me that airpod was picked up and his buyer has come to say it isn’t functional, and it’s right he let you know that.




The first buyer was Adrianhillz
He can confirm if this wasn’t what I told him too
You don’t expect me to unseal an item that I don’t own, or the owner never authorized me to. Thanks boss
