Little by little they want to islamise after hijab they will asking for something else. Believe it or not Islam is a religion of violence. This is the solution government should return those schools back to the missionaries.

1. This was just a speach by the military governor, not the law enacted to change the status of the schools.

2. The speech was delivered in 1972 not 74. I assume ( Not sure) the last time schools status were changed was 1974.

3. If these conditions were still relevant and backed by the law, where did the high court and appeal court get the legal backing to rule in favor of hijab?

4. Why are Christians afraid of hijab in a predominantly Yoruba state like Kwara?

There's no basis for any Christian to condemn hijab in Kwara state due to the following reasons:

a. Kwara and all Yoruba States has no record of hijab wearing suicide bomber.

b. Hijab is not new to Christianity. Catholic sisters wear something very similar.

c. Hijab depicts morality, is Christianity no longer a moral religion?

d. Hijab is optional even to the Muslims, no one is forcing the Christians to wear it.

Muslims with their violence everywhere.
They say Islam is a religion of peace but in practice, the reverse is the case. A critical and keen observation shows will tell you about %84 of the crisis, violence and religious unrest around the globe are stimulated and most times executed by Muslims.

Iraq, Iran, Yemen, turkey, Pakistan, Syria etc are territories where crises have hampered peace and unity. The only problem Muslims have is Christianity. Every second, every minute if the clock, they seek for channels to orchestrate evil plans to eliminate or annihilate Christianity which practically impossible. Civil laws in Saudi Arabia Iraq and turkey.
The revelation of all these behaviours from Muslim has already been revealed to us. Everything that has happened, that is happening and that will happen as I result off the birth of Ismail is no longer unknown.

A religion that is imposed on people by force especially in this civilization should not be considered peaceful. No body will force any living soul to become a Christian. Imposing hijab on Christian schools is for what?

(a) The right of ownership of institutions. Proprietors still retain the greatest of proprietory rights namely, ownership of their grants aided institutions. It should be noted that the existence of the Board will in no way detract from this.

(b) The names of schools remain as given by proprietors.

(c ) Religious orientation and practices in the schools remain generally undisturbed.

The summary of the article if it is actually true. No 3 point summarises everything and should have brought closure to this whole issue.

Over and out.

The truth is the islamists don't even want the education to begin with

They know Christian schools are the best in the country to get solid education so their aim is just to cause trouble for the christians receiving such education

After getting the hijab they would then claim the school and drive the teachers out for islamists ones.

Instead of science or learning they would then be focusing on studying the Quran and learning Arabic

If the Christian missionaries find another place to go settle they would get jealous again with the quality of education

Quite eye-opening.

Maybe this domineering thing ain't only about Fulani after all. More like an Islamic thing.

The agreements clearly show the Muslims are the troublemakers here.

U get sense bro.. E get why

The issue in Kwara is pure Islamic agenda not Fulani but in the bigger picture, the Fulani hegemony are pushing to establish their caliphates beyond the North...

Tinubu during his tenure as governor was smart enough to hand over missionary schools taken over by the then government in the 70s, to their founding owners.....go across Lagos today and see those schools thriving far better than government managed schools.

Of course it's Islamic!

Mohammed wasn't a Fulani man, was he?

Yet he fought many wars to enforce Islam on pain of death and practised banditry, robbing caravans to feed and equip his people.

All those people saying this is a peaceful religion think we're idiots, but the real Muslims are the ones wielding AKs, killing and kidnapping for ransom because they are the ones acting like their "prophet" did.

Correct, the right policies in any state is to reverse the military policies , starting with the return of missionary and Islamic schools to their original owners immediately.

Since the days of the rabble rouser Aregbesola who almost scattered Osun State with the Hijab policy and others like it that polarised the citizenry along religious fault lines it has defied logic what Muslims of his persuasion are really about when it is absolutely by choice of the individual which schools to attend. Why must an individual choose to attend a school with Christian orientation and insist on using Hijab there? Is that peaceful? Can a Christian choose to attend a school with a Muslim orientation and choose not to wear the Hijab? Most probably not! That would put her life at risk! Muslims might find the posers distasteful but they signpost the truth of the matter!
