[quote author=OmoManU post=100067927] Well my own take is what's so special about the hijab?

The christian Roman Catholic Reverend Sisters as all know and always seen at all times are always adorning their head with a veil (that's equivalent of Hijab) all the time,so what's the fuse about the Muslims following their religious teachings by always covering their head. I believe that every open minded individual knows there are several bible verses that talk about covering of hair for the women.

Nice submission. I would have agreed completely with you if this was ACROSS BOARD. Can I be allowed to own a liquor SHOP or a PIGGERY in peace in KANO, bauchi, ZAMFARA or ANY other NORTHERN STATE in Nigeria even when I'm not FORCING ANYONE TO BUY?.

THEREIN LIE THE FALLACY associated in this LINE of argument.
You my visitor need to adapt to me ...it is conquest for me to adapt to you...especially when you FORCE it down my throat.

Suffice to say she didn't know anything after wrapping her brain in thick clothes while her fellow students were raising their hands to answer questions. Anyway, that should be in government/community built schools. Definitely not in public missionary schools.

Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia etc ain't different from the chaos from other Muslim countries TBH.

Also, The ruins in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan etc are due to the the Muslims living in there. There are more Muslims in Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon etc. Don't you know this? Or are you dumb?

I repeat, we only have Saudi Arabia and their consulate in UAE as the only better Muslim countries today. Do you realise Dubai (UAE) is more of a secular country? Dubai is the place where slay queens visit on daily basis for their vacation cheesy cheesy. Dubai is even more liberal than Saudi Arabia. Only Saudi Arabia and their consulate in UAE are the better Muslim countries. Others are in ruins.
There are more Muslims there abi, the question is are they Muslim countries.

So you're telling me that Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia are not peaceful enough, ok is Isreal (the origin of Christianity) peaceful compared to these countries

And you call UAE a secular place

I can see you will keep manipulating the truth because of Islam

Stop writing long rubbish epistle to justify terrorism. We are concerned about the safety of the Christian children there. Teachers can wear hijab it doesn't matter but for little girls to wear it will give the Muslim terrorists easy access to disguise and send suicide bombers to kill Christian children. Try to get sense.
Those that are violently stopping young student girls wearing headscarves are the terrorists. The headscarf is not compulsory, any student can choose to use it or not. This is the situation in other schools, but the nine or so schools in the news are being used by Christian fanatics to hood wink people like you.

Of course it makes them Muslims countries since the inhabitants are Muslims. The Muslims crept in and ruined these countries. Typical of them.

Israel is peaceful. They only have conflict with Palestine. They don't want Palestinians on their land and this is understandable because we all know the ways of these retrogressive Muslims. They have destroyed Palestine already. It's the same way Saudi Prince ensured no Muslim from other countries cross into his country. He knows the behaviour of you retrogressive losers who rather love archaic practice than modern ways hence why Saudi Prince won't allow any Muslims from other countries into his country.

Like I said already, only Saudi and their consul in UAE are better Muslim countries today. And are you telling me you don't know Dubai (UAE) where slay queens with bum shorts and bra visit for their vacation cheesy? It's even more liberal than Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and their consul, UAE prioritize modernisation and progress of the country than any retrogressive mentality of Muslims who fail to evolve.

I didn't post that pics because of the kid in hijab
I posted the pics to prove to you that being in uniform does not necessarily mean quality education
But ur bigotry and prejudice for Islam and hijab didn't let you see where am coming from
There is nothing special about being in uniform or having all students dress in one particular way

unless you want to consider private Islamic schools. Almost all public schools lack teachers in core subjects, dilapidated buildings etc.

Then government should stop funding the missionary schools and fix the public schools with the funds instead

Well there’s cause for you to be angry which I understand very well, but have you explored enough to see the behavior of some Muslims? I will like you to visit Quora an international forum and see the way Muslims are contributing intelligently. Just because of the mayhem of the few shouldn’t depict the behaviors of the rest.

I have had an account with Quora since 2013, and I understand that the behavior of most Nigerian Muslims does not constitute a standard for the Nation of Islam.

But damn, the way they leave themselves open to manipulation by their politicians and religious leaders in Nigeria really irks me. The Christians are not left out from manipulations, but no one pastor or even CAN as a body can influence their members to violence so easily.

And the school in question don't have a uniform. Everyone dressed the way they liked in the picture. This is different from missionary schools which have their own uniform.

Let us be sincere to ourselves, nobody condemned wearing of hijab that be said, female students should learn to obey the school dress code to avoid conflict of interest. Yes they we say is their fundamental human rights same thing apply to idols worshiper if he or she decided to wear it native regalia, soon the female judges will clamours for wearing of hijab to preside over court case

Who is a head slammer? Jesus certainly was one according to mathew 26:39 -
"And He went a little farther, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as Thou wilt." What you deride as head slamming is ordained and God's people pray that way. You probably think you're mocking a particular people, but you now know that even Jesus prayed by "head slamming".
hehehehe..
Because he fell face to the ground and prayed and you think he's headslamming?!
Honestly, if you were any slower, you'd be going backwards.
