I think govt is already into it, I can see good well constructed gutter ,it might just take them a little time to complete it. maybe your honorable or councillor can help you speed the whole things up.

my opinion about development in this country, govt be taxing people who enjoy more basic amenities in some areas so govt can have excess money to cater for other undeveloped area too. afterall immediately govt fixed road, people in the area increase the cost of land,house rent and shop in that particular area. the money increased go to their pocket not govt who fix their road
