Hello,

I will like guys to share their experience dating Nigerian broke girls from poor homes.

I personally have had an awful experience with them and from observations, most have identical patterns in handling relationships, which is why I vowed after the last one never to go near anyone again. Yup...I told the last girl to her face that I do not want to go near any girl from her kind of background till I die.

Things I noticed about them are that they are often greedy, selfish, self-centered, unaffectionate, exploitative, and money-focused. Most do not even call.

Are my observations correct?

However, I do not want to conclude but will like to hear from others in order to be certain that I am not stereotyping or generalizing.

What Has Been Your Experience Dating Nigerian Girls From Poor Homes?

Your observations are very wrong.

Just like when women say "Men are scum" Lol!

How many men have they dated to come to that conclusion?

So you can't actually generalize like that.

I have friends from different backgrounds, most of them from the lower class are very humble and not greedy. Tho some are . Same for the middle class and upper class.

Nothing really special with all this class sef. Lol

This post would've made some sense if you were referring to just your experience alone. The mentality that 'POOR' people see relationships as an avenue to escape poverty isn't entirely wrong. You've had a few sour encounters. So what?... undecided

It doesn't mean everyone's that way. It might be hard but you should try to see the best in people while watching for any red flags. Even the worst people can change.

It's good to see relationships for what they are - 2 people/friends who become inseperable partners because they enjoy the company of the other, regardless of their background/Social Class... Tch. But I guess these days, things are not always what they seem. tongue

Poverty often causes dysfunction. Many people are broken in some way by it. I don't blame anyone for wanting to avoid broken people.

It may sound unfair to some, but you have to recognize how profound the impact of struggle can be. It can make people great, but also make them horrible. Many never get treatment, or acknowledge or understand problems they have. And this contributes to continuing a cycle of dysfunction and trauma. I think that's the key thing to understand: poverty is traumatic. Some very strong people rise from it, but others aren't so fortunate.

As for me whether rich or poor background. I will only date a girl who shows interest in me - I can sense it from our communication. Toasting a random girl and trying to win her heart is expensive and stressful, just be with a woman who loves you more.

Yours is an exception. My friend and fellow hustler has a girl too from such place and the babe has been good. I told my guy that as soon as we get paid, we are flying that babe on holiday and he must spoil her silly.

There are exceptions but I just decide I do not want to be around such girls anymore cos it might work for you and not work for me.
well its how do they say it? different strokes for different folks

am not a great fans of bearing it all but I will advice against dating poor lady with entitled mentality. I met one after a catastrophic breakup that shatter my soul, mind and resolve. I notice the mentality which I called out with believe that maybe if I give her a chance she may changed.....it end with me getting broke Everytime we together. she is a definition of broke, poor but with highest taste. tried calling her to order but seems we are who we are. I manage my expenses which make me almost never broke. despite lockdowm last year, I was with enough cus I save no matter how small it is. but for a long time I started getting broke easily with my relationship with her. I had to let her go cus I realise it's better to be lonely and bored than to be broke and hungry. I even become desperate for cash once....that was the turning point for me. I can't be responsible for my family and yet still have a girlfriend who is adding to my responsibility, stress and pressure. love should be enjoy, relationship should be enjoy. pls if u ain't over 25, don't criticize my decision. read and pass.

it's not anyone's fault that he or she is poor but the mentality of most poor people is the problem in this context.

Most people were born into very poor homes they work their selves out of poverty while other's remain poor.

Some poverty is generational, those reading this look at your family how many people do you consider as average not even rich.

The poverty in Nigeria is not the fault of a Nigerian it's systematic poverty that allows the rich to enjoy and the poor to suffer.

I tell people in Nigeria it's difficult to become rich if you're from a very poor background unless God wants to use you and rewrite your family history.

Chill... you can;t give what you do not have. I will never force it out of any woman... the goal is to stay with who is willing and kick out the ones not willing...

whoever follow your advice will die of heart ache cos he wants to please a woman and force her to be what she is not willing to be to you... Dude, I have played this game long enough to come to this conclusion.

Increasing your value means pleasing a woman to you ?? I see. I wish you all the best man.

You are right.
However, I would say the person that created this post is also poor.
It's only someone with poverty mentality that will start talking down on others when they start seeing small.money and begin to feel they have taken a few steps away from poverty.
He dated a few girls and used that as a yardstick for every unfortunate poor girl out there. I've seen poor poor with more dignity then some rich people out there. Nobody who worked to make it would talk down on others because of their social status. You these people who carry their shoulders high above their heads are those who are rich because someone already made the money for them.

I'm ain't from a rich home but I don't BEG, I don't call a guy who ain't even showing some level of seriousness all in the name of I want a relationship. I love money but I legitimately work hard to earn my penny so as to spend it as I like,it makes me very very confident. Bikonu y'all should know that where a person comes from doesn't really make them to be beggers rather it makes them hustle more.thankio

like I said Nigerians have work their selves out to escape poverty but the bad policy of government doesn't give the enabling environment. Before people think because they eat and buy clothes they are ok.

Let me tell you what it takes to be on the average, how many people here have 10 millon cash in his or her account. If we run a check we might have non.

Please note 10 million cannot build a good 3 bedroom flat well furnished, not to talk of other expenses in a family..

How much is the average salary of workers in Nigeria, it's 60k. how many years will it take a person on 60k salary to have 10 million.

So there will be more poor and broke boys and girls in the future if government don't do anything about it.

And very soon guys won't be able to get married because as guys we feel oppressed when we don't meet up to responsibilities as a man.

If you have 10 million you might be rich in like Ekiti but if you come to Abuja with 10 million you won't meet up with life. Some might ask do everyone staying in Abuja have 10 million the answer is no but a person with 10 million in Ekiti will live a good life than the one in Abuja.

All in all everyone can't be rich have a mindset of building generation of richness, where you build your empire to your children or grandchildren might be able to compete with the world's best when it comes to riches.

If not politics you will know to become rich was a family stuff and it was hard for the poor to become rich but now a poorboy might become agbero to a rich politicians and carry ballotbox during election from there he becomes rich overnight.

We live to fulfill our calling, do what you can and leave the rest.
