In many other countries, you don't need to track dividend payment dates or chase registrars to get your dividend. Don't get trapped by the narrative out there....... Take a good look around u, in Lagos for example, the rate at which storey buildings are going up makes u wonder if cement is truely 3800 per bag, right now u need a minimum of 30million to finish a storey building

Guess it should be more than 30M oo except you are talking about 3 or 4 BR duplex.
