Though I don't know how your age. My advise is you don't need to fight him again because you might be killed in the process. They don't value their lives. Thugs are criminals. Swelling up is the bodies defence mechanism to protect itself, leave the swelling, it will go down on it's own

Never stand to fight anyone who has a weapon, flee from the spot till u find your own weapon.
