But if nothing is done to unravel the details and bring the culprit to public shame and disgrace, that confirms to you and me that, everyone involved in the murder and the hotel itself should go down or else no one in that zone is safe, cos it looks like it's a chain of big guns involved.

I am still not seeing what everyone is seeing

Has the criminal admitted to dealing in organ trafficking? Are their body parts missing from the corpses? I haven't read anything further on his own little syndicate as well except for the friend that was protecting him and his sister.

We have at least one powerful person (possibly two) connected to this criminal and a police sergeant tied to this madness with a whole list of possible reasons.
