The uk has made mistakes in the past where they have refused visa and issued empty refusal reasons with just the sections but this was an administrative error but never in my 5yrs + have i seen it just refused.
You get an email and/or a letter stating the reason your right to an administrative review or immigration decision appeal.
Perhaps make a freedom of information request quoting your name, passport number,date of application and reference number if you know it.

Thanks for your reply..I actually don't know the name of the agency..it was done based on trust he have on my cousin which is the reason why he made the agent to return the 500,000 so he wouldn't disappoint the family..I'm just being calm because of my cousin but if by Monday I don't get it then I would have to get it from UKVI..

My Nigerian bank statement(I foot all bills for now as she doesn't work yet due to one to babysit)
My BRP and my wife, who is a student
Receipt of UK house rent
Evidence of schooling
Proof of UK home address(in my wife's name)
Letter of identification from where I work
Letter of employment
One year bank statement.
Am a dependent to wife's visa However I work in Nigeria wit no plans to join them, though have visited twice(57 days) in the last 160 days since she resumed.please advise any other documents/info to include, that will help

Good to hear that you actually attended the biometric appointment. The best time to have viewed the information submitted was at the biometrics centre where you waited before you had your biometrics captured. Well, that's gone now.

Here's my advice, be very patient about the next steps and don't rush into anything. Don't put in a new application that could possibly or not hinder future economic benefits to without understanding previous refusal reason.

Under the GDPR guidelines to which the UK follows strictly, you have a right to request the information the Home Office holds about you known as Subject Access Request.

Read this link slowly: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/requests-for-personal-data-uk-visas-and-immigration/request-personal-information-held-by-uk-visas-and-immigration

and follow the instructions set in the link. May take a while (avg. 30 - 40 days) to receive the documented information, after all you are not planning to put in a new application next month. "A particular decision letter" is the most important document you need.

u can add ur birth certificate to show/solidy relationship ties and a letter from your dad stating his happiness to sponsor this holiday, where u are going, when u are going, how much he is giving, what the money is intended for, if he has transferred to ur acct as well, the letter should say so, then end with once again stating his happiness to sponsor the trip just because you are such a wonderful son with reasons such as such..

With my little experience I had on this forum sir, why can't you sponsor your self since you have a sufficient 6 months salary account? I think you have gotten 6 month Uk Visa before which you sponsor yourself ? So why do you want to use your dad as sponsor now?
