Fathers these days are consciously becoming more available and involved in the lives of their children than their own fathers were. And the children are closer to their fathers.

I once saw a video on Instagram;A woman went to pick her daughter up from school (she was about 5yrs) and they were having a conversation about what happened at school that day (they were being driven in a car), then the mother (who was making the video) told her daughter to say
Hi to her daddy and she did, then her mother told her to say I love you daddy, but the little girl said
No and changed her mood. why? the mother asked surprised, ...because he didn't come to pick me up from school yesterday as he promised she replied.

The dad, who is a busy businessman was the one who posted the video on his Instagram page, and asked his followers on suggestions on how best to make it up to his princess as he called her.
So, the day after that, he made out time to go pick her up himself and he made it up to her by taking her on a lunch date, just the two of them.
As they were eating, the dad (who was making the video this time) asked her So Zala, you were angry with daddy yesterday for not picking you up from school right? the little girl blushed, she didn't expect the question (how cute)
Do you forgive daddy now? the dad asked, the little girl nodded. Do you love daddy? she said yes. Then give daddy a kiss, and she happily kissed her dad on the cheek and smiled.
Now, who wouldn't love such a dad?

My dad was not available at all, but he taught me valuable lessons I have learnt in life. It was as if he knew how my life will turn out. My mom on the contrary was always available, very selfless, but I still prefer my dad though he is late. I won't have had any chance of survival if I was raised by my mom alone.

I love my mother more, because She is there for me, always shows concern, and works very hard.

I think Children love mothers more, because although some mothers can be strict, yet they are also very caring, and never give up on their children.

even as a child, the only person i usually think about and pray that God protect, is usually my mother, and whenever she is stressed out or not happy, i instinctively know that.

That is why mothers should be respected especially in the presence of their children.

Fathers are equally important, i remember when i was little, i feel safe when father is around. I think Fathers are becoming more caring now a days, that's the way to establish a stronger bond with your children, Fathers need to find a way to be approachable and at the same time be able to pass on valuable wisdom to their children, fathers make children too.

Thats true, women are weaker so the child has more sympathy for the Mother. So they are more sensitive to the conditions of a Mother.

My dad was a very caring dad and I love him hundred times than my mum. It been 13 years he left and I still miss him like it was yesterday.

you forgot the sperm that is forming the gender of the baby comes from Dad, going by ur logic the child is supposed to love Dad more just because dad sperm superior to form him/her at foetus

I should correct myself, hehe, maybe what i should have wrote is, why did Joseph die, when Jesus was still young, Jesus Could have extended his Life. , but not sure what the answer is.
