MERCHANDISER: Na dem dey even teach Ivorians bad things and after police arrest them, some idiots will say na set up and false accusations. Ivorians are generally nice to foreigners though they have the hate for Nigerians as most African countries do because of our loud ways and how we use money to collect their women. But a Nigerian wey stay in him lane and show dem courtesy and respect can never ever be set up. Many Nigerians are living good with no wahala over there. 7 Likes |

Hello Ivory Coast enthusiast, has anyone been to Abidjan lately? I am planning a trip end of this month. Is a mandatory covid test required at their airport or will the one done in Nigeria suffice? |

edwonderz: You must sha show covid test. Better take it in Naija like a day or two before you travel. Otherwise them go delay you for airport if you enter without it and have to take it at their airport. Infact most airlines no go even let you board without it. I advise you to check with the airline you are going with. 2 Likes |

adubam: My brother no dey quote me for negative things abeg, always quote me if u see something positive...And everyone has freedom of speech, you don forget how one particular guy take counter my thread but later ask for forgiveness.....? Any one trying too counter my thread is free, he or she has the right to say anything he want, but it would have been better if he created his own thread and subject it like this - DONT GO TOO IVORY COAST I ThankGod i never wrote this thread to compare it with European countries or America.... If anyone want to canter what i wrote he should check the title of my thread. And again i never begged people to go there, i never promise people heaven and earth, i was just writting on my own memories and pains by encouraging people to try and never give up. And thank God some people that got into Abidjan are really doing fine, i would have shown my messages on my WhatsApp here but no need for that because i never begged any one to try, and is never a sin to try. Ivory coast gave me hope and succor when i needed them i was frustrated before i traveled, and am not God if he or she had it rough when they where there... Am only telling people what i went through, and the greatest joy to me is that i have people whose life has been transform, i dnt need to post a prove but check some comments Please to say this before i drop my pen, if u are bittered over what i wrote am sorry i cannot help.... And beside it has been 3 years now since i left there so you dnt expect me to be current as 3 years back But Remember is good to be positive for people to try... than be negative for people to be scared to try. No one said is going to be easy but the most important thing is that u succeeded atlast 8 Likes |

adubam: Stop talking nonesense. I don’t and never lived in Abidjan. I visit there often and know it as well as I know Naija. For your information, I have a good time when I am in the city. Very good time sef. In Plateau, Cocody and Zone Quatre. But e no mean say make I no talk true and allow person wey dey use una catch cruise to deceive person say Abidjan na easy place for a Nigerian to go hustle. I’m not saying it’s impossible. I said it is not easy. You must go there with a job, have money or go with business wey you no go dey compete with Ivorians. Make I shock una, Ivorians look at Naija as heaven. They want to move to Naija. So why will person be telling una say the place is easy make all man fall in? Why he no stay there? Instead make you hear word, continue to dey form blind loyalty to OP until you carry your two left legs enter fire. Mugu 6 Likes 1 Share |

OP I saw the posts wey the other person write and everything he said was very true say you dey sell ogede to mugus. Stop lying, he never asked you to forgive him. He just deleted all he said cos you started talking about how this na your thread or something like that. Guy if to say Ivory Coast so easy like that, why you no stay there and make your millions? Why you cut out? Why you never go back there? If you like continue to dey use guys catch cruise say you enter a whole Abidjan homeless and with no money and all the girls with big bum bum rush you and shelter you come dey give you free abuna up and down on top. Na beans? You no see the guys wey dey on ground dey write say e no easy like that? I fit bet everything wey I get say you never comot from Youpougun (or whichever local area you stayed) when you dey there and I can bet say you no see woman pant until suffer make you cut out. Labadi69: Oboy if u know me well u go no say i no get time to drag anything with anybody...... I gave u the freedom to write anything here because i felt no matter how negative u sound does who are matured to try will surely make an attempt than to stay in one place for years.... I would have drop a number and address in ivory coast to confirm everything on Nairaland ( just go to the address and ask the the locals around that area about me and why i left) Or u want me to drop the number of even the transport chairman ? I have decided to stop replying u because u seems not to know the reason why i left there and why am still in Nigeria... but i thank those who knew why am still here My advice for u is to be careful how u sound so negative and bitter.... Because very soon people will start seeing u as a very negative person ( everybody cannot be lazy ) . Atleast u have made your opinion and i advice u to allow people to make their decision. The more u write on my thread shows how bitter u are and dnt tell me u are doing this for the love of Nigerians. If u are not bitter u would have also stated the opportunities there also for people to compare the good and bad. Please i won't quote u again And if u have hate and bitterness for that lovely country i advice u to open a thread and subjected it like this - DONT GO TOO IVORY COAST But remember it pays to encourage than to discourage. If ivory coast no favor MR 'A' he go favor MR 'B' Don't forget by the time i start mentioning people who had entered into Abidjan from my thread to give their testimonies.... i know u will feel so bad for trying to discourage people from trying. BUT REMEMBER AM NOT QUOTING YOU AGAIN All desame God bless Signing out ! 5 Likes |

How can I hate Ivory Coast and still be going there to catch fun? You get sense so? I repeat, Ivory Coast is not better than Naija for person wey no get job or money or better business to do there. Anybody that has something doing in Naija should not leave it to go suffer for Ivory Coast of all places. If you want to encourage people, encourage them not to go suffer for place wey no too better pass Naija apart from constant light wey dem dey get. Of what use is constant light if you no get money to even pay for their very costly light? Encourage them to only go after doing thorough homework on their prospects there. Na people like you dey advise people to enter fire just so that you go dey house dey laugh. Just look your stupid Ugandan tales say you enter Abidjan and big bum bum woman carry you go her family house sotey you come dey nack am there under her parents roof. Yamayama fall on you with that stupid lamba. Mugu 7 Likes 1 Share |

Jobs no too dey there for Ivorians, na Naija go come enter there find better work with him zero French? Abi you wan make dem go do vulcanizer work there? You say make dem go do business. But you don tell dem say na person wey don enter to research wetin go move wey no dey the country go make am there? You just dey advise them to just cut out and go and figure things out when they move there like say na Yankee. You don tell them how expensive the city is compared to Naija? Hotel, Rent, light, food, beer, everything cost pass for there. You no see person and him guys wey dey sleep for shop. Is that what you want for your family member? Mugu 6 Likes 1 Share |

Labadi69: So with all this your ranting you agree that Ivory Coast enjoys electricity more than Nigeria. Do you know that just last week more than 200 Nigerians were reportedly killed by unknown gunmen in various states, do you know how many thousands has been killed like that in the last 3 years in Nigeria and the killers can't even be caught. Bandits, Terrorists, Ritualists, Ipob are ravaging Nigeria everyday and in your small mind you think Ivorians are dreaming to relocate to Nigeria Wake up from your dreams niiga. 5 Likes |

Stevoh18: I am sorry if you don’t like my post. I only wrote what I saw while I was in Kenya. Like I said in my earlier post. It’s better to stay as 2nd class citizens here in Nigeria than to go to other African countries including your Kenya to live as 2nd citizens. These people don’t even like Nigerians. I am not disputing the fact that one can make it anywhere but the chance of making it in Kenya is very slim 5 Likes 1 Share |

Youonlyliveonce: Honestly, i dnt understand why some people think u dnt need to work hard to achieve anything. They use america and Europe to judge any country and if u are not living like the person in america dey say that country is bad. Not every one will go to America But i will still say this as a grateful person... Ivory coast gave me the first opportunities in my life. Not taking anything away from my country Nigeria, but not everyone will be destined to make it in Nigeria. And if u are reading my write up please make a move... Dnt judge a country by the name, because God is not a man IT IS POSSIBLE.... YES U ! THAT IS READING THIS. Get up now! 2 Likes |
