Well, that depends on the kind of person(in question) and the relationship between the two of you...

Eg. Imagine somebody who was mean to you because you were less of who you are now years ago. Such person deserve a savage reply;

Me: You deserve it, it is the least I could do!

Me: Please later, I'm busy now..

But for somebody who's real to you..
