Floss regularly. Please check the meaning of the word floss. It could be misleading...decayed food particles between teeth (especially molars and pemolars) are usually the culprits.

Use chewing gum. Chew gum to uproot food debris between your teeth or gums.
Avoid eating hot foods.

My brother it’s only a dentist that can help you .

Don’t be ashamed , I’m sure they have seen worst .

They ll start with the regular like washing it , then if you want you can also bleach it to make it shine .

If it’s a chronic case then maybe after like 5 visits you ll be fine .

It might be expensive bro so if you don’t have insurance / health partners , then I suggest you go to a general hospital .

What have you used before to cure It?

You need to know the source of your halitosis, sometime is caused by Gingival hyperplasia, when gum covers your teeth and encourages trapping of bacteria and other food.If you want to treat it permanently, you may require Mandibular Osteotomy. But if you want to manage it, get a strong brush, Crest toothpaste, listerine mouthwash and peace cool, make sure you brush morning and before going to bed

eat apples and pineapples daily and take lot of water apart from washing your tongue with Toothpaste and brush

Brush and floss more often ,,then don't forget to eat ginger it works as well... finally visit a dentist for more info

Bros I'm the same shoe with you. But i stopped my own when i visited a dentist and he told me that one of my tooth has hole and after eating the pieces of what you will enter into that hole and that causes mouth odour so he remove that took and that's final
