Toni Payne was the one who pressed. The ball fell to Monday and she made a touch pass.

On the other hand Vivian created 2 chances and was all over the place.

Lol grin payne was nowhere near the ball , zogg and Monday are the 2 players that put the pressure on the Portuguese player who turn back to her own goal when zogg blocked her part to clearance which when Monday nick the ball from her and feed payne

Shey you didn't see the pre - assist she gave payne ? If that was vivian she wouldn't have the sense to release the ball

Vivian Ikechukwu and Toni Payne are the two players closer to the ball. Zogg is behind them and had absolutely nothing to do with the goal.

So why did she have sense to release the one that Ajibade hit the crossbar with.

This is zogg pressing she forced the player back to her own goal and you said zogg had nothing to do with the goal when everything started with her pressing

The won header that put Ordega in front of goal nko Plus this was not the question. I asked how come she had the sense to lay it off then?

Because she was already facing ajibade and that was the only option

So for your mind the Portuguese player was going to run all the way to our net and score?

Very soon, if Onyinyechi Zogg drinks water, she'll be praised for preventing the opposition for taking advantage of her dehydration to score. Make una continue. Hailing a player for simply being in position. Ahbi you were expecting her to run to the bench?

Our biggest problem against USA will be the height of their attackers. They will play a bunch of long balls into our box and the question is can we win them. I would go 3 at the back and leave two attackers up top. Everyone else behind the ball. Frustrate them and look to catch them on counter attacks. Their defense has not been tested but I don't think the CBs are the fastest.

If zogg wasn't there instead the player will be under no pressure therefore won't pass back to her own box , i don't know why u don't want to admit zogg play her in that equaliser

That the defense is untested does not mean it's not perfect oh. They had the most clean sheets at the last World Cup. Every player in that match should just draw back, asides Payne and Oshoala.

Our Goalie is too heavy to dive for the r2 and l2 shots coming her way. She should shed some pounds after this. I fear for Oluehi more than our defense.

Her Spanish club don't think she's heavy and that's all that matters.

They are far from perfect. The problem is that the team commands so much possession that they don't get tested much. Their CBs are lacking in pace and long balls down the middle can be their downfall.

You sure? Anyway, drawing or even beating them 1-nil would be a huge moral booster. Dreams too can come to pass wink. At least, that would strike fear in the eyes of Ghana.
