Stock market indecision.
Not a time to buy or sell.
Just hold
No one can time the Market.
Buying in tranches should be more like it..........just my opinion.
Guess it depends on one's pocket and obj.

Some people get very deep pocket o........and they trade/invest in very limited stocks, say like 3 or 5 max.
People like that can be buying at dip and at different junctions.
GTB especially is investors' toast, so you'll see picks at different bargain junctions.

The way guys were picking the offers @28.05 was a pointer...... smiley
Those of you waiting at below 20 too, E Ku waiting.... grin

Even with steady cash flow, is not safe to buy during Stock market indecision.

That's why patience and holding cash is important.

And they keep buying the deep until they become Deeper-life members.

How many average-down can you do before recovering losses from buying Dip?

Or an investor that got N21,060 from PRESCO in 2009 as dividends and without adding a further penny in investments earned N140,400 in dividends in 2020. This is real data ! And earned something every year in between 2008 and 2020 in a way that trended up gradually will believe in the Stocks in the Stockmarket run by good management.

Thanks to the management of PRESCO (I think Belgian led) running a successful agric business exploiting palm trees due to the comparative advantage of palm tree flourishing in Edo State. I pray we have more companies run by good and prudent management on the NSE. I glanced recently at their annual report to see what's up. How they returned so much value to me. Was not surprised they invest in R & D.

The investor who got a dividend of N1 million from Zenith Bank about 12 years ago and now got a dividend of N4 million in 2021 without adding a kobo to his Investment won't believe anything is wrong with our stockmarket or the business he invested in.

Between Presco plc, Okuomo Oil and Bua cement, which is the best(or the best two) shares to buy since they all have similar price?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Teeonly: 2:05am On Jun 17, 2021
@Wapgod

In my opinion, you can't use the similarity in their prices to determine which is best because they do not fall into the same sector. Presco Plc & Okomu Oil belong to the same sector (Consumer goods) while Bua Cement belong to a different sector. (Industrial goods)

Same with Okomu Oil, an investor who got a dividend of N1 million in 2008, got N7 million in 2020 without adding a kobo to his initial investment in the company.

Looks like about 700% improvement but in reality it's less than 200% improvement(ofcourse devaluation happened gradually). What a country!

Not a bad Investment by any standard. Not forgetting that the investor earned income consistently for 12 years. Total income earned in 12 years should be over 60k usd.

The Investment was about N10 million in 2008 and now worth N100 million in 2021.

That is 83k USD in 2008 and now 200k USD in 2021.

This happened because the prices of their products are denoninated in forex
