JerrCa: I dont think I have a document or building plan for this security house, I just directed my workers and we built the house on the space available, it's not a big building so everything was simple. I created a toilet and a kitchen inside the security house to enable the security man have his own unit as a self contained apartment. I created 5 columns for this unit just to ensure that the parapet and roof beams are adequate. Cost of building this with the roofing might be N1.2m (Not sure I have a record of this because we were building this together with the main building and the fence.) 2 Likes |
