Even me I am hot tempered but I try as much as possible to control it.....My girlfriend provoked me about 2weeks ago and she angrily left my room after ranting. I didn't even utter any word when she was ranting I just concentrated on what I was doing with my phone.

She later came back that evening crying and knelt down to apologise. If I had reacted when she was ranting I would have injured her......There are many ways to kill a rat, don't hit someone's child at the slightest provocation. I wouldn't take it easy with any guy that beats my sister.

i am probably one of the angriest persons I can think of but I rarely show it and even when you know it, I don't act with it the way it wants.. guy listen you may think hitting or slapping her is a small ish , you got to control your temper, this displays of yours is merely an icing on a much bigger dileama and I just dey pity her, she has a kid so she has to exercise more patience with you cos that's how it goes, the so called after-ones usually want closure in their relationship so even when she wants out , she can't.

there is a lot involved here, first you are temperament and also obsessed , mehn i fear for her and the kid at this point, bruh you need a therapy to work your shit out, try meditation, say what you are angry about, what ticks you off , let her know, exercise a lot, anger is a combo of a lot of other things, stress, frustration, shame, anxiety, depression, disappointment, find the source and find the answer.

if you are wondering what I do when I am angry, this is what I do

I hold a conversation with myself, I want to know why, who, and how I got angry.
what can I do to satisfy my anger,
then I let it off for a moment by leaving that area (I talk a walk) or sleep or write cos I am a writer and I find out when I am angry I have a lot more focus to write, channel your anger positively to something else or buy punching bag self for house, yes it works, throw some punches make you sweat your anger out

the idea is to not act on your anger immediately by learning to do this and mastering it, you are giving yourself some control over it. anger truly only last for while, whenever i do the above i give myself time to relax and let my anger slide.

anger is a serious shit man as a kid i was destructive as hell, i broke bones in my hands many times and hurt myself out of anger lol see me nah be like ice water lol so please eh take it seriously, I for say make you learn meditation it helps you control such things as it does for me but I doubt we nigerians find such shit helpful.
