One day is not enough. And if I were to go through the national assembly for restructuring Nigeria(which is technically the correct thing), all they need to do is delay my executive bill until the day runs out. Let's face our politicians aren't interested in restructuring Nigeria.

The Nigeria army fostered the current system of govt we are now practising in Nigeria. They did it through decrees, starting from Aguiyi Ironsi.

So it stands to reason that the Nigerian army can kick start the process of restructuring quicker and better than our politicians.
